Pretty useful to see where do the conversion usually stopped out so you know what you need to improve. I was a bit concerned to use it for privacy, but after trying I can confirm it gives no personal info whatsoever on the person viewing your site, and it's only showing your site only

It is okay, just installed it but still can not estimate this app. It is said on the app that you need to spend around 30 seconds on the app to see the website record and it looks bad

It is a good app and it is also free. This will help me to improve my store by reviewing the actions of my website visitors. Watching a video clip like a CCTV in your home. It will be very helpful for my conversion and managing my store well. I hope it will remains free and continue to have additional options for better use. I used the app to see exactly what a customer does when they land on my link which takes them to my store. I was amazed at how clearly the replay app video takes to step by step clearly through the customers journey . I love it and recommend this app is a Must Have. Great way to understand the customers journey and tweek your site as needed.

Which customer is logged in is not an option not sure why.but overall cool add on if you want to analyze the work

Great app! It does what it says. Very simple and easy interface, and the navigation is good. I am able to see what my customers do on my shop, and hopefully i will be able to increase my conversion rates with this knowledge :) 5 stars
