1 star review became 5 star review I downloaded this app a few days ago and the recordings could not be played. The constant error message was "Not Found. Contact admin for valid URLs". Which I did. I contacted them using 'get support' via shopify and emailed them directly. I waited for 2 days, checked inbox and spam multiple times a day but no reply. I have adds running and ppl falling off my funnel and I thought this app will be helpful. Guess not. Really disappointed. Edit: After 2-3 days of trying to contact them, the app is now working. It works amazing for me to trace my customer's behavior on my website. The admin did not contact me or anything to amend my 1 star review but I feel like editing this review will go to help everyone who reads this get a feel of the support that is present and their response time. So here it is. Cheers!

just like other paid apps that do the same thing. however, this app does it completely free. knowing what your visitors are doing on your store is very helpful when you have no idea what to test.

This is a great app to see what clients are doing on your site. Easy to use. Seems reliable. I would recommend this app.

Yep, totally does what is advertised. I will test out a personal session or two over VPN and see how much gets recorded. If this app doesn't show to be recording personal data or payment/other sensitive forms, it'll surely deserve its due praise. Great for a free app. I may sell to European customers so I wanna respect GDPR, you know? Thanks for providing this. I respect privacy of customers.
