I have having a low conversion rate and this app lets me replay customer session recording, hence I can see whats wrong with the page and then improve it.

This is does work and get the job done. I love the interface and simplicity of us. Definitely recommend.

This app is awesome. I usually get lots of abandoned checkout and poor conversion rate. Ten I installed the app and it was a game changer. I noticed that it was because of my high product price and long checkout process then I have to reduce the price and made my checkout process shorter and easier. Then my conversion rate and sales skyrocketed. I love the app.

I haven't fully used the app. But it has been helpful thus far to see how customers navigate the site and determine what changes are necessary.

Good app. Still have to use it longer, but I shortly found put some bugs that were annoying my customers.

Great app. Simple interface and no glitches. Also 10,000 views is quite a lot. Good job guys. Couple of features to add are a) to be able to delete recordings and b) not record your own session.
