Great app. Simple interface and no glitches. Also 10,000 views is quite a lot. Good job guys. Couple of features to add are a) to be able to delete recordings and b) not record your own session.

Good app. Still have to use it longer, but I shortly found put some bugs that were annoying my customers.

First time I've used an app to track customer journeys though my site and its working perfectly. Easy to install and set up, (well there is no set up - just turn it on!) I've seen a couple of customer visits already. Reference to Heatmap may be misleading if you are expecting some fancy reporting but as a free, session recording feature, it's faultless.

We only just enabled betterplay and we have been able to get a grasp of our site visitors behaviour. The app shows what activity your visitors engage in when they visit your store. For us, it helped to show visitors had been directed to a wrong landing page for a product promotion and we're able to fix this. Thank you betterplay.

Simple and works. Even recorded a very large session over the weekend where I left the browser open and worked on it in another. 10,000 sessions are the limit on this one per month but other than that it is perfect. Would love the option to pay a bit to get more sessions.

It's a useful app to check what's customers are looking at in your store. Easy to use and highly recommended.

It's ok. I think it could be way better then it is now. it would be really great to remain on the same page when viewing data recordings.

Great app comparing it is free. Also, it helps to see where customers are dropping off and we can fixes it.

I used this app to view visitor behaviour. only used it for a day but seems really insightful. it does what it says on the tin basically and it does it very well. great app!
