It helped me picked up the wrongs in my web navigation, analyse the preferred payment options and automatic currencies, view product interactions, pop up closure and more very useful to improve the customer experience. Great app, definitely insightful and useful for providing actionable changes. Up until we installed this app we had to use guess work to wonder what was going on with our customers specific behaviour while on our website and now we can see for ourselves and see where we might be able to improve things for our customers experience. Thanks, will provide a bit of work for our developers to implement these improvements for our customers.

I just started using this and so far, so good. I do notice some of the videos recording are much shorter in duration on what it says in the duration & date column of the report.

This is the perfect tool to analyze customer behaviour on the webshop. I can see actual customers coming in on certain paiges and clicking through the website. Easy to use interface. I like that the have a free subscription for small starting webshops as well. Recommended
