It’s a Super easy to use app, you actually have to landing page options with the tracking, you can have it take your customers straight to the courier site or remain on your own site, it’s such a great feature! Customer service are quick and efficient! Great app for those starting up and don’t have regular sales just yet.

this app is really cool. I really loved the interface. and talking about specialties you can enable different automation for the smooth task. and moreover, the support team mig she is so friendly she literally help me from the beginning to complete my whole setup. took around 3 hours and she replied to me with each details man that is so good.

Absurd customer support! It was super super fast, very intuitive and very helpful! This is the best customer support that i've ever found at the moment, Ellyssa helped me very much + this app is valuable. It helps me to hide shipments from China and give me the opportunity to customize everything.

The basic plan is great and the customer's support is really professional and reactive. I didn't tested the tracking service yet.

I had some struggles with changing te colors of my track and trace page.. but there was Mig, she helped me a lot and got everything fixed within minutes. One thing was not possible to fix but the tech team did that for me so im super happy with the service and options. Thanks Mig and ParcelPanel

SO far so good! I'm super exited to use this and see how it preforms! I own (NOW) dropshipping store and really want to give my customers a great experience that also takes the pressure off of me so they can be confident in there purchase being on the way + any updates of tracking from my suppilers, and I can invest in other things like marketing, and new add ons for my business! Super excited! -- Customer service is amazing, explained everything beautifully (and I can be a very confusing person) so yay! Can't wait to work with them more!
