The excellent customer support I have had the app on my store for a while getting my store ready so being able to have a free plan to see how the app will work is something that I needed starting it has a lot of incredible features

Great App, appears to be doing the job. I am going in levels of their subscription plan and upgrade when needed. Their customer service is great. They either respond on chat or get back in email.

Very good support and great for dropshipping, but quite expensive. Everytime someone looks up tracking info it counts as a request. EDIT* I was wrong about the price, the pricing is based on orders, not lookups. Very good app.

Love it, an excellent solution to work with Oberlo for dropshipping, it automatically tracks orders and provides a great branded tracking page free for the first 20 orders.

Amazing app! I think one of the best tracking app in Shopify. I was with another app and support could not even solve my problem. Had the same problem with Parcel Panel and Lara from customer service solved it in 5 minutes. Totally recommend using this app

I have recently downloaded this app today for my store and had lara for my customer service and needed a few things sorting out and she was absolutley amazing! Couldnt fault her service at all and very pleased with what she had done for me. Fast at responding and very helpful.
