Great customer service and free plan for those starting out. It is free for the first 20 orders. I am also able to customize the tracking page, and they offer multiple ways for the customer to see how far along their order is. They added additonal bonuses for free such as removing branding that other apps usually charge money for. They seem to truly care about customers which is rare these days. Don't hesistate to try out the app for tracking orders! I know I will be : )
