App was installed by developer, and then I took over. thought I did not need it so I deleted it. once it was removed, the customer email notifications for shipments / tracking had too many steps. For $9 a month and all the features and ease of use makes it worth it. I reinstalled it. I recommend this app.

This app is an added value to my store from the easy steps to link it on my website and designing your tracking page to fit your store and even the customer service was very helpful and they responded very fast. i had some issues to edit shopify email templates and they did a great job.
