It’s a Super easy to use app, you actually have to landing page options with the tracking, you can have it take your customers straight to the courier site or remain on your own site, it’s such a great feature! Customer service are quick and efficient! Great app for those starting up and don’t have regular sales just yet.

this app is really cool. I really loved the interface. and talking about specialties you can enable different automation for the smooth task. and moreover, the support team mig she is so friendly she literally help me from the beginning to complete my whole setup. took around 3 hours and she replied to me with each details man that is so good.

SO far so good! I'm super exited to use this and see how it preforms! I own (NOW) dropshipping store and really want to give my customers a great experience that also takes the pressure off of me so they can be confident in there purchase being on the way + any updates of tracking from my suppilers, and I can invest in other things like marketing, and new add ons for my business! I had some struggles with changing te colors of my track and trace page.. but there was Mig, she helped me a lot and got everything fixed within minutes. One thing was not possible to fix but the tech team did that for me so im super happy with the service and options. Thanks Mig and ParcelPanel

The basic plan is great and the customer's support is really professional and reactive. I didn't tested the tracking service yet.

Great App, appears to be doing the job. I am going in levels of their subscription plan and upgrade when needed. Their customer service is great. They either respond on chat or get back in email.

Very good support and great for dropshipping, but quite expensive. Everytime someone looks up tracking info it counts as a request. EDIT* I was wrong about the price, the pricing is based on orders, not lookups. Very good app.

Love it, an excellent solution to work with Oberlo for dropshipping, it automatically tracks orders and provides a great branded tracking page free for the first 20 orders.

The support I've received has been great! Lexie is very helpful! The response time is very fast well :)
