The live chat was responsive (responds within an hour) and helpful! PageFly has also given us flexibility in page layouts and is fairly user-friendly.

The support team is phenomenally fast! I've tested this out in 3 separate occasions and they were able to help me with my request within minutes.

This app has lots of customization options and takes some time to get used to. There are certain limitations to what you can change, but the 24/7 live support is really helpful in guiding you through the tools available as well as custom css coding! Really great for someone like me who has a very basic understanding of coding. I really want to thank Kathy for spending over 2 hours with me, guiding me and writing code to customize my shop. I truly appreciate the support!

I use this APP to build my own page for what I want. It was difficult to use it at the beginning, but when I learned about basic knowledge of it, and with the help of service, now I already can set up a page by myself. That's great.

Easy to use, and support chat team helped fix some code issues with our theme quickly. A little tricky at first getting desktop vs mobile formatting correct.

I had to integrate a reviews application, but they said it couldn't work with PageFly. The other side, PageFly customer support helped me integrating so fast the application. A special thanks to Angel, my PageFly-ing Angel!

This App is extremely useful when you want to customize your Shopify-Shop beyond what Shopifys own tools will allow you to do. They have a full set of documentations and tutorials to understand the logic and the details of the app. The best ist the helpdesk, which is unparalleled in terms of speed and knowledge. A true must-have-app.
