I like how simple and intuitive the platform is for the consumer to build a coming soon page on their own. Also the consumer service is very kind and patient. I had an issue that took me forever to figure our how to solve but with the live chat feature I was able to get help instantly. I was connected with a rep whose name is Nora. They did not only fix my issue but recorded their steps so I can know how to fix the issue if I was to run into in again in the future.

Quick response. Knowledgeable and friendly support! I was having difficulty with some of the navigation settings on my webpage - up till the wee hours of the night thinking I could solve it myself (not!). The next day I decided to try the PageFly chat function. I was greeted within minutes by Faris. He asked a few questions and in the blink of an eye corrected the problem. It was a great relief to know that my customers could find the product they wanted quickly and without fuss. Next time I run into a wall, I'll be sure to check in with PageFly and Faris again. Very helpful staff. Grateful for the help.

I love this app! You don't need to buy a template using PageFly because you got all the design options to make your own. Also, customer service is great, 24/7.

PageFly is the best Page builder app out there. Things are so easy here and straightforward. I now got one of the best-looking pages out in this game, and it's because of them. Don't waste your time on some other apps, this is the real deal folks. Don't hesitate. PS: The service is open 24/7. It's literally all you can dream of, in one app!

Once you get to know how to use it, Pagefly is the most amazing landing page app that connects to Shopify. The customer service could be ranked higher than a 5 star. Very recommended!

Great customer service, great platform , great support team, always willing to help. I had a request to change something in my page, which wasn't even a built in feature, and the support time gladly wrote a custom script for me to fix my issue.

I much prefer this app to other page builders I've tried. This lets me easily create pages, particularly collection pages in my case. Where other apps I had to manually change each style element on a collection page, this one is much more intuitive and time saving. The support team is also A+!

5 star for their customer service(Cookie). Very swift and effective response. At first, I'm not used to the new app for page builder since I think it was complicated to edit. Now I think t it's useful and come with lots of temples. At this price, it's great. But it still has some limits, such as I can't create a product comparison with images. The table can't insert any images. And the section must have to publish so that I can use it directly again. But if I publish all the small sections I like, the section will be included in the publishable slots. Then I will lose the quota of a page.

Dan gave me fabulous customer service. He was Phenomenal. Even recorded Loom videos to show me how. Hardworking, patient, and professional. There was another customer service rep called Maax who gave me horrible service. Please hire more like Dan. Because of Dan I am giving a 5 star review for pagelfy today.
