La app de Packlink me parece sencilla, intuitiva, muy fácil de usar y además con precios muy competitivos. Por si fuese poco, hoy me ha llamado Antonio Funes, un comercial muy amable y me ha ayudado a instalar la aplicación en mi Shopify y me ha explicado todos los detalles para usarla, la verdad es que no podría estar mas contenta con el trato recibido! Muy recomendable!

Very unhappy with the service, but didn't find a better replacement. Sometimes works great but when there is a small issue the customer service doesn't help, first they are not available, then when I rich them out they do nothing. Worst is the website doesn't offer accurate information, I got an update that the package is in transit when it got returned. I guess it depends on the carrier, some are more reliable than others, but when I have the bad luck of a bad carried the Packlink customer service is dreatfull.

Prezzi molto buoni e competitivi. Ho molto apprezzato il fatto che assegnano un responsabile account così da avere sempre assistenza nel caso ce ne fosse bisogno. La mia responsabile account è Brunella, molto gentile e professionale!

If you are interested in efficiency, accuracy, customer service and having your orders picked up stay clear of packlink. Support is extremely unresponsive, we had to ask multiple times to get issues "resolved". The worst, however, is the fact that they apparently sell shipping services that dont exist. We used a dpd service for national delivery in Germany, the offered service on packlink is currently not supported anymore due to covid (which we found out, after we researched why the driver didnt arrive for the 30 packages we had prepared). I even contacted support before and asked, since this happened once, but on a single parcel, which I assumed was not enough volume. Its just a joke and we will stop using it asap.

Excellent customer service. My Account Manager, Markus, has guided me through every doubt I have had, advising me on what to do and how to do it better. On top of that, the customer's details are transferred and they look for the best shipping price for you. Very happy to discover Packlink for Shopify!

La verdad es que no podía empezar con más buen pie. Facilísimo de usar, de comprender, ágil y efectiva. Jesús en 10 minutos te arregla el problema que tengas con los envíos. Genial.

after contacting the customer support, I found them very helpful and attentive to my issues. As a novice, this is all very confusing ..they were very patient with me and helped allay my misgivings

De momento no pongo 5 estrellas porque acabo de empezar y quiero ver cómo funciona. A Antonio si que le pongo 5 estrellas, que ha sido muy atento y cordial. La aplicación tiene buena conectividad y la interface es bastante intuitiva.

En principio la aplicación parece buena. La respuesta de Antonio Funes del servicio técnico ha sido excelente sobre todo por la rapidez en la respuesta y la claridad de las explicaciones. La única pega que veo es que por el tipo de plan que tengo en shopify (el básico de 29usd) el cliente no podrá seleccionar el transportista.

Packling is easy to use. All is integrated. Information about the shipping is communicated to client an to enterprise. It's a very good application.

Ottima app e buon servizio clienti. La uso per spedizioni con poste italiane, facile da impostare e usare. Purtroppo poi è successo che ho avuto problemi con una spedizione (andata in giacenza) e non ho più ricevuto assistenza. Una persona mi dice il pacco è in consegna l'altra mi dice che è in sede (a 90 km di distanza dall'indirizzo corretto). Ho riscritto per più chiarimenti ma nessuna risposta. Le risposte che ricevo sembrano robotiche. Unfortunately, had to update the review because the first one was peer pressured (the guy called me more than once to tell me to leave a 5 star review, even though he didn't help much). After using this platform for a while, I realized there is literally zero customer service and assistance. You have to wait ages on the chat and they close it after two words. No telephone available for calling and getting help.
