We first started using this app to catch fraud orders and that worked great. We then had to start using it to catch orders using discount codes because our inventory system has a bug. Order Automator is helping us tremendously being able to work around the bug and fix our orders before they push to Quickbooks. Also, customer service is GREAT! Quick and helpful answers.

Managing orders across multiple marketplaces and Multi-location (warehouses)? Order Automator is a lifesaver! But beyond just the app itself, the Order Automator team is truly exceptional. This is the app we've been searching for, suitable for multiple locations, particularly in fulfilling orders. It provides the customization solution we need, and the support is both awesome and highly responsive.

Highly recommend this app, it solved at least 2 problems we didn’t have a solution for, and likely to simplify many of our processes we have been developing. Easy to set up, simple pricing and great support. If you find other Shopify automation apps somewhat convoluted and complicated, and need advanced order processing, then this is a very effective solution.

The app is working well for what we need. The customer experience is above and beyond. Very responsive and quick to help!

It's great when it works but every few months all the auto-fulfilment rules stop working and I have to delete them and reassign from scratch. It's fairly easy to do but a major hassle when we get free ticket "products" coming through every 2-3 minutes and I suddenly have hundreds to manually click fulfil on on the order page because the automater stops working on a product it'sbeen working perfectly on for weeks. Changed the rating to 4 due to the app team reaching out. When the issue next arise I will contact them and see if the issues can be sorted.

Great app that fills all our needs to automate our ordering process. Frances has been great with helping us with some custom requests as well. Recommend both the app and the team behind. Best customer service among the apps that we use for our store.

Great app! We had been using a different one for years, but it was not maintained and eventually stopped working. We are using it for notification of a customer's first order and for notifications about certain other kinds of orders that require special attention. Support crew is very helpful! Can't go wrong. 8-)

We requested a custom feature for the email that was sent and they made it for us perfectly and very quickly! 10/10 customer service.

Absolutely amazing support. The app worked great as it was but I needed an extra feature. I asked support if the feature was included and I just overlooked it. It wasn't, but they were determined to customize the app and add the feature. It is now a new feature for the app itself. Could not recommend this app more and have tons of confidence that they have my back moving forward.

Great support. The integration with Amazon's multiple marketplaces and, We had a few glitches when working with multiple Amazon marketplaces and with SFN locations. The team was quick to investigate the glitches and respond to yesterday's update. The other features are very useful as well. I highly recommend this app!

needed a subtle way to denote first time buyers to better allocate "about us" info into the correct packages and these folks were incredibly responsive in creating a custom solution for us. The app's standard settings wouldn't address our needs, but within a couple of days, they created a custom solution that was exactly what I requested and were super nice and responsive about the whole process. Top notch customer service and a very helpful product!

This app has helped alert us to "express" orders, and notify our staff about specific orders to fulfill in their territories. It is incredibly easy to set-up and the team was extra-attentive to helping with custom features. Highly recommend!
