Support is wishy-washy and gives you the run-around instead of trying to directly help you. They stated we could hop on a call and after multiple requests to schedule one, it wasn't addressed. Ultimately they couldn't provide the setup help I needed and I will find a different solution. We tried our best to help with your unique situation + offered a call multiple times. You were asking for help about integrating with a different app (a shipping app), we gave you advice based on what has worked for other users with similar intentions. Support answered all questions promptly within standard business hours, was polite and gave the best answers based on your input. Order Automator was functioning 100% correctly. We offered a phone call with our lead developer + gave you a direct solution that has worked for other users with similar integrations. The problem, as we can see in the support thread, is that a different app that was handling your fulfillment was not doing what you want. We cannot access nor control what other apps do. I'm sorry you feel frustrated, I wish you would have accepted the developer meeting offer so we could help you solve your problem together. I hope you're able to find a solution for your problem.

I've been using this plugin for some very basic functions, however, I am pleased with how responsive and professional the support and development teams are. I needed a custom function to automatically cancel old orders, and they provided me with it fairly quickly and were eager to receive my feedback and make any needed adjustments. Absolutely best app to make processing orders easier and more efficient. A must have program if you email or manually enter PO's - Even if just some orders. Can't wait to explore more of the capabilities. Support has been amazing. Super responsive and accurately helpful. Great app with excellent support! We were looking for a workaround that would allow us to help us tag orders with multiple cart attributes, and they were able to help us out immediately.

Great app plus great support. We use this app to route orders to Amazon but there is so much more it can do. Do you ship from multiple locations? It can help there. Problem customers? Send them to a black list! Thanks for sharing how you use the app, those are useful tips. 🙂

Excellent plugin with a lot of uses cases. I have used it for several different notifications in my business: -notify manual dropship vendor when an order is placed so they can fulfill (it uploads tracking info back to Shopify too) -alert us when someone who has issued a chargeback in the past places another order so we can deal with it -alert us when someone uses a PO Box so we can ensure the weight of the order is within USPS parameters -auto cancel high fraud flagged orders Customer service has been ultra responsive 100% of the time. Nothing at all bad to say about this plugin, it is WELL worth the small price. Great ideas thanks for sharing how you use the app, really cool!

The best way I have found for connecting to Amazon for MCF and it comes with a whole load of other features for automatic how we deal with incoming orders. A really useful toolkit. This is a fantastic app. Frances was excellent at understanding my needs and helping me automate some of the manual processes for my orders with my suppliers, which require orders to be submitted in CSV. Out of all the apps and other resources I have been exposed to on Shopify in my e-commerce journey to date, these guys are the best! They are also responsive and always willing to help. I was blown away by Francis and his team when they asked me to explain what I needed, not just shut me down and tell me what I would get or what they wanted to provide me with. I cannot thank them enough! Thank you, team. You have saved me hours of processing time!

Best support ever

This is a must-have app. We got it to help with our fraud detection and prevention, but needed a customization to extend some capabilities within our order processing system and they made the change for us in a day. Wow, support is amazing and the product is amazing and intuitive.

Works great for our need to fulfill digital downloads and the team is very response to help requests.

What a great app to minimise admin. We recommend this app if you want to save time. It sends out emails to our many dropship vendors without any issues. The team quickly solved a minor issue - but it is essential to our store. We asked, and they delivered within 48 hours - excellent service. We dealt with Frances in the customer support team, and she was fantastic at organising everything. Thank you, Order Automator team!

This is a really helpful app. It helps us to easily and quickly see our orders by country. It is also gret if you want to be notified if a certain product sells. It does everything it says it does. We also needed help with something and Frances in customer support helped us until it was figured out. Great customer service.

The Order Automator team and Joe specifically have been fantastic. We used the Order Automator app to add a customers order count to packing slips within the app we use for our packing slips. Whilst this isn't an out of the box feature, Order Automator is fully customisable and after an email to the team, that had this feature sorted for us within a day. They've also guided on other features we want to use and nothing is too much of an ask, would definitely recommend!
