This app is pretty easy to use, and has a lot of flexibility. What really differentiates it from a lot of other Shopify apps is the service level is fantastic. It's not just the quick response, but the quality of the service people is terrific. They really know what they're doing. Sofia helped me, and got right to what i was looking for, sent me a picture of how to do it, and stayed with me to make sure i got it right! She was awesome, really exceptional.

Awesome app so far! Easy to use and plenty of options for when / if your company begins to scale. There are several different wheel options and you can customize to fit your specific store.

this experience was amazing went so smooth especially with the live chat, i thought it would of been complicated but it was not at all so straight forward threw texting and anything i had trouble with a link was sent to me for minial confusion

Very helpful customer support helping me integrate with Klaviyo! I was worried since Wheelio is no longer in the Shopify store but this app seems to work just as well (I still have to set up a campaign)

I received good service regarding my challenge, which is unfortunately limited by Shopify functionality. Otherwise it has been easy to set up!

The main reason why i wanted to use the app was to remind my customers or anyone visiting my page that there are discounts running and i achieved that by the help of Alice. Great support and great communication skills.

Response to any questions I had she immediately answered, even offered a solution, which was greatly appreciated. 5 out of 5 stars from me.

Hi to All, First of all, I would like to say that I am currently using the free version of this application. I love the application, it meets my need for the time. The most important part of this app is their customer service is AWESOOMMMEEEEEEE. They respond quickly. I have faced several issues, I contacted them and they responded immediately and solved the problems. I am providing my reviews today but I have downloaded the application a couple of months back. Thanks to Sophie, Pauline, Victoria from the customer service for their continuous efforts. Keep it up.
