This app has a good amount of free credits and good service. If my store exceeds the free amount, I think I will pay for a higher plan.

I've looked far and wide for months for an app that had easy, simple, SMS but none of them were up to par. Except this one! I'm so happy with the simplicity and the structure of help since the beginning that eases you into the world of SMS without feeling confused or overwhelmed. Customer service was AMAZING and helped me through it all, I would recommend this app 100/10.

This is by far the best customer service I've ever received with any Shopify app. The support team are always on live chat and answer any question you have straight away. I really was blown away by the service. The app is brilliant too so I am a very happy customer and would highly recommend.

This app helps me with so much! I use it for a variety of things such as sending out texts, email automation & popup promos. Also, their customer service is AWESOME. I had TRISH assist me with a few things & revise my work. I love love love that they assist you in revising things! This is definitely a MUST HAVE for your Shopify store. They have everything you need!

I used this app to set up my pop up email for my first time customers to get promotions. This App and the people who are available to assist are phenomenal, specially Rosy who supported me through the entire set up. For now I have two campaigns up and running and I cannot wait to try the other campaigns they have for my customers. I love it!

I installed this app today. Patricia was such a HUGE help! I was having some issues with starting out. She took her time and walked me through everything that I needed. She has been helping me for the last 2 1/2 hours!! She didn't seem bothered with explaining how the pop up works and which one would work well for me. She was very knowledgeable and has great customer service! I finished setting up my pop up only to figure out it was the wrong one. No worries though Patricia came in and fixed it. She is amazing! If I ever need help again (which I know I will lol) Hopefully I get Patricia and she will help me. Thanks Patricia :)

This app is literally the best app I've ever used on Shopify! It has so many features in one place and is so high quality. The free plan is so wonderful and as much quality as they place into the free version the paid must be out of this world. Customer support is one of the best I've ever encountered.
