✨ Trish was Absolutely Specatular!!! ✨ She answered all of my questions promptly and thoroughly then she went the extra mile and looked into my setup just to make sure everything was working properly and setup to produce the best possible outcome! Unfortunately I did make a few mistakes along the way (that I wasn't aware of) and she provided suggestions to improve Everything!! Then after I agreed to the changes she went ahead and did All of the work for me!! ✨ I have NEVER received such Specatular service like this from any company, EVER!!! If you're reading .... I just switched from another email provider to ONE and I can't believe how wonderful their team is to work with! I had to create all new pop-ups and automated emails (I've never done this before - the person in charge of these things, recently left the company) so I had to learn from scratch. Both Patricia and Trish were amazing and never left my side! They walked me through everything! So far I'm loving this app and the team that created it!

Their team is extremely helpful. As soon as I set up a campaign, an employee messaged me and went through my campaign settings to double-check everything and then optimized a few things for me. I would recommend.

It took me a while before I got the hang of it and in the middle of my concerns someone popped up to chat with me! I love how helpful they were with everything and even had great suggestions! The only thing is that the website is not super user friendly as it did take a while to get the hang of it. Otherwise, I would have given it 5 stars!

AMAZING CUSTOME SERVICE! I was trying to set up a spin the wheel and it was my first time so I was struggling until I talked to Kate from the One plus team. It was 2:58am in my time (not sure where she is located) but I can see that customer service is 24hours and this really helps business owners! I am looking forward to trying other services they have on this app. Strongly recommended!

I am just about searching a pop-up marketing tools. I eventually choose this apps that it has some tools for making campaign in some special festival. The technical support is very helpful. Now I got my first pop-up campaign.

Have my first pop up and email campaign up and running within 15 minutes thanks to the help of the amazing Trish from the team. Honestly just click the little bubble when you're setting up a campaign and use their help! They're amazing and went above and beyond to edit the CSS to match my theme. 5 star onboarding service!

This is the best user-friendly app to help convert customers visiting to become patrons! Trish who was the live support chat team member helped me to customize everything to suit my website! Including the games wheel pop up the layout and the emails including my own images and logos, etc. Highly recommend this app

Incredible customer service! Patricia is very responsive and Prateek is very helpful. I wasn't happy with one of the automations on my campaign's and Prateek fixed it within a couple of hours. Extremely friendly and responsive!
