At first, I didn't take advantage of the app but once I did I was amazed. I created a pop-up and email campaign and Rosy was extremely helpful. My campaign was thoroughly checked and I was given tips to make it better. Rosy even went as far as to update my pop-up icon location and color on my store. I felt prepared and supported and would 100% recommend this app. i love it!

I used this app to help me create a fortune wheel, it is easy to learn how it works. And found I can do many things through this app, no need to install several apps, more convenient. Because when customers who are unwilling to receive more of the marketing emails can't unsubscribe easily by clicking on the link, they are very likely to report the email as spam, which will make your email account locked and unable to send out more marketing emails. Categorizing email also helps to avoid being reported then sent directly to the trashcan. Please let me know if there's still anything unclear. PS. I haven't used this for very long, just getting it set up actually but the customer service is incredible! I'm not familiar at all with this kind of thing but it was really user friendly and when I got a little stuck, because I'm just not good at tech at all, I used the live chat and the representative that helped me was AMAZING! they jumped right in there and worked me through exactly what I needed to do, fixed problems I had made that I didn't even know about and got everything set up for me just like I needed. They even made suggestions on how I could get even more out of the app. And I'm just using the free option. Definitely recommend and can't wait to see the benefits!

I saw the reviews at first, then I tried the app because of it. When I started using the app, I was amazed, the app is friendly-use. There are so many features from email marketing, sales popup, coupons, SMS marketing, and many more. Actually, all you need is available here. Besides 101% features, the customer service is really amazing!!!!! When I got confused about something I working on, the customer service team and especially Steph are on call! They will not let you feel the frustration that you don't deserve. They are all professional but in some way they are also very friendly. I love the kindness they've shown to me and I appreaciated that so much since I am just started my business. ONE - Your the best!!!
