The app is fine, it does have some restrictions but works fine. However, the customer service is really good. I was guided through a change of email/domain for my campaign and it went super fast and great!

Officially my favorite business app. I made a Memorial Day pop up for my boutique and it was clearly my first time. Fola helped with the chat support and seriously, I have NEVER had better customer service in my life!! Fola gave me pointers every step of the way, and when I couldn't figure something out, she was digging deep to find my problem with me. Everything looks perfect now, and I am super happy. 100 out of ten stars.

Such great agents! I'm 62 and don't know this techy stuff at all. My agent, Rosy, was amazing. The poor thing! I kept her on the chat for almost 3 hours and she was an angel the whole time. She is the second agent from ONE I've dealt with. Although, for only a half hour, she was great too. They are very professional. They are on a par with Shopify agents and that is saying a lot!!
