Trisha was AMAZING! I was feeling lost about my conversion and decided to download this app late at night. Didn't realize that Trisha wasn't a bot, and she was so proactive and helpful in getting me set up with automation! For a while there it felt like she was a personal assistant. She gave me feedback, ideas, and conversion education and I felt so motivated about my site. She even told me she'd teach me more the next day with more automation. I love this app for not only what it does but the client service! The best I have ever experienced! I am so grateful and am so excited to see what Trisha teaches me about the app features and feedback on better conversion. Thank you, Trisha! Your help triggered me to see what else wasn't working with my checkout as well and found some issues I will get fixed! I reached out for assistance, and they were very helpful. They provided tips on improving some of their services I was using and fixed a tab on my website I didn't even notice. Setting up broadcasts are easy to do, and the automations have been very helpful for my business. I would highly recommend this app.
