I was searching for a good newsletter application for my website. It's not so simple to adjust all the settings, but their support is really fast responding, kind and skilled. I talked with Maya and solved my settings problems.

Couldn't get it to work, the most frustrating app ever! Any changes made would not register, popup wouldn't show up as per settings

First, let me say that Emily, the chat representative, was awesome! So helpful and quick with detailed responses. Would love to work with her again. I do think that there could be better options for the popup themes or a library of other images to use on the popup background. You can upload your own art, but I didn't see a library of options, which would be sweet! Overall a solid experience. Now we just wait and see if the popup works well and converts.

I just installed this app in my store and I had a few issues regarding configuration and Abby was absolutely amazing in helping me solve these issues. This app does what I need it to do! From sending emails & texts and customizing them to creating gift cards. This app is so excellent! The customer service is so efficient and fast! I've only been using this app for a few days but so far I'm loving it. You have a lot of customization ability and the ONE team is incredibly helpful. I accidentally clicked the help button, and without me even asking they fixed some social links I forgot to update.

I installed this app and before I could ask for help, they wanted to help! Rosy was fantastic and helped me set up a few things I got stuck with. There is a slight learning curve, but once you go through all the settings, it's very user-friendly. Rosy even configured a custom pop-up for me. I'm 100% satisfied with this app.

I was having issues setting up the spinning wheel, went on chat, and got some assistance from Rosy, not only did she assist me, but she went above and beyond.
