We used to use MailChimp before Omnisend, and this one has been much easier to use than the former! Not only is it extremely intuitive (which is great because we're not very tech-savvy), but the UI for putting together emails is SMOOTH. Also, their support is fantastic. This is a very easy-to-use email system. The automated email is very powerful. Through omnisend, the repurchase rate can be effectively improved.

Recently had an issue with my simple capture form and it's been taking days for them to solve it. The issue is very simple (change size and make it centered) though. I don't normally give negative reviews but this has been the most frustrating experience ever.

Customer service and the platform are great! I would recommend to others as I investigated in depthly other competitors and am happiest with Omnisend.

This is an excellent integration. I trust the data that comes in, it's actionable, and really just flawlessly smooth in my experience. Added bonus: Omnisend customer service is the BEST. I've had excellent experiences with lots of people there, including Davyda, Salma, and Deniz. Big props to their support team, not to mention the Product Designers who I've spoken with to give feedback on products and services and UI. Overall, anyone in eCommerce should give Omnisend some serious attention.

What I appreciate most is the feeling that I'm working with a provider that tries to improve constantly. We work with Shopify and we have seen a lot of improvements of their "tool" for merchants like us. We pay for a service that it is alive and updated . And I'm perceiving something similar is happening with Omnisend, and I love that. Thank you!

I am constantly blown away by Omnisends capabilites, not to mention the customer service is incredibly top-notch! Every time I send through a request it is answered in minutes, and extremely helpful. A couple of times now they have sent me a demo on Loom to show me exactly how to do a certain flow. Brilliant! Can't thank you guys enough and so happy I made the switch x

So far it has been very easy to use and the Customer Service has been super helpful whenever I have a question they are quick to respond and are full of resources to resolve my issues.

Customer service via chat is great, there's always someone there to help answer questions. Kamilia was very helpful when I had a question about automated work flows.

Support staff are completely incompetent and unhelpful, it's impossible to speak to anyone from management or anyone with authority. Very expensive app with very cheap customer service. The app itself has bugs and there are 100% better and more reliable alternatives available. We had multiple email automation set up for many years with Omnisend, and we have been a loyal customer since 2018, with a premium subscription. All of a sudden, without any changes on our end, the automated emails completely stopped working. Thousands of emails with important information for customers literally just didn't send. We received no warning and no notification of this error. We had no idea there was a problem until one of our customers notified us that they didn't receive the email they were expecting. It turns out the app had not sent an email in 3 months! (The app charges us $240 a month). I escalated this issue with Omnisend and made it clear that I would like them to fix the problem, but I SPECIFICALLY said: "Make sure you don't accidentally send out thousands of emails from our account to customers who purchased 3 months ago, that will cause us a world of problems and confusion to our thousands of customers." 24hrs later, we start receiving hundreds of emails from customers complaining that they just received an email from us about the order they placed 3 months ago! We now need to extend the working hours of our staff to accommodate the influx of complaints we are receiving due to an error directly made by Omnisend. Omnisend doesn't seem to give a sh#t! They have made no apology for this mistake, they have not offered any refund for the 3 months of service they charge but we didn't receive, they have not offered anything and they have taken zero responsibility for their fault. What they did instead is try to blame me for the error and advice me on how I can avoid accidentally sending thousands of incorrect emails in the future! (I didn't send the emails, you did!) Omnisend did the ONE thing I specifically instructed them not to do, and charged me a lot of money for it. Now, I am trying to speak to management so the issue can be addressed properly, yet it's impossible to speak to anyone with any authority, only general support staff who can't do anything are available. If you are looking for an automated email service, I would advise against Omnisend. Their app is okay, but if you run into issues, the staff suck!

Salma was such a great help! When it comes to resolving issues, she is the woman for the job. She is always responding in a timely matter and always knows just what to do to resolve any issue. 10/10.

Great app, that makes email marketing much quicker easier, and more effective. I highly recommend their email marketing solution.

I've had Omnisend installed for many years and its great. The pricing structure works for me and has grown as I have grown. The automation has added to my revenue and the email builder/template structure allows me to make both nicely designed emails but also smart ones. The tech support is top notch - recently Kristina and Tiana both helped field me basic questions :) I'd recommend giving it a go.
