Easy to use and the one time I had an issue, the customer service team assisted me immediately via the chat function and help solve the problem. :)

I’m a startup doing everything myself for the most part. I spent hours reviewing other platforms and even tried a few trials. Omnisend was the easiest, and by far best customer service 24/7. I work everyday as the founder. Saturday and Sunday and omnisend was available within minutes. All The techs I work with know the software and guide me perfectly. I’m upset I paid active campaign money just to try theirs which was expensive and there are some major bugs with active campaign that should not be with how big of a company they are and their access to resources. I’m a huge fan of omnisend ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I recently started using Omnisend and find it outstanding. At first, I thought it was just an email service but my use continues to expand. I have now set up automated campaigns, abandoned cart campaigns, pop-ups and forms. I have reached out for support on two occasions and have gotten in touch with real human beings who helped solve my problem. Most recently, Salma helped me navigate a new service I was trying to set up and was friendly and easy to work with. I'm really impressed and recommend them without hesitation.
