Awesome, simple and cheap for all the thing that the app gies you! number one email app to grow your business seriously!

So many bugs in their system. You have to be sure and test every single thing that you automate. Whether it be popups or e-mails, I have found multiple things that make my site/e-mails look unprofessional and when trying to resolve I end up spinning my wheels with them e-mail after e-mail. I am so bummed, because I spent all week merging from Mailchimp to Omnisend and at this point I am not satisfied. Just a heads up to you all -- fact check EVERYTHING multiple times to be sure it works.

I love this solution, as a small business, we get to pay only for what we need and not alot of other stuff! And designs looks great!

Great App as a replacement for Mailchimp. No looking back :) I was worried about what to do when i heard about Mailchimp & Shopify parting ways, but no need. The only annoying thing so far is having to complete this review with so many words haha

Just added Omnisend today and so far its very intuitive and looks amazing. Much easier to use than Mailchimp and looks much better too!!

I've installed Omnisend in my store to migrate from Mailchimp, and I'm really liking it so far! It is very easy to use, has a lot of useful automations that I have already set up, allows subscribers segmentation, and has beautiful templates for newsletters and pop-ups. I followed the tutorial to import my contacts from Mailchimp and did everything easily by myself. Another very important feature for me is that I can change the language on each automation, popup, email or newsletter, so that I can easily have it in English or in Portuguese (from Portugal) when I want to send it to specific list segments. Overall I'm very happy with how it works, and with everything that I can do with this app!

Easy to navigate interface and sync from previous mail provider, great tools and assistance when needed. A happy change from mailchimp.

So far very easy to work with. Straight forward integration from Mail chimp and easy to navigate interface. It exactly what I was looking for in a email marketing app.

I have a small number of email subscribers, 75. Out of those 75, TWO opened the email I sent. TWO! That is a crazy low number. Every email I have sent has a similar result. It must all be going to junk mail folders. Very frustrating!!

It is really easy to use all automated and shows you campaigns and ideas to increase sales. I am yet to link to facebook but i will be doing this over the coming days as it looks like another source of income via this app.

So far, I'm really impressed. I switched over from Mailchimp for obvious reasons and I'm glad. This is so much more user friendly and there are many more features. Mailchimp can't compare.

Works like a charm! The customer service was fast, but the app was faster as it fixed my problem for me. Would recommend anyone to use this on their website!

I am a total noob at running a website and am generally a bit rubbish. I tired another app but found it way too technical and it kept throwing out acronyms I didn't understand and wasn't very user friendly. I found Omnisend much easier to navigate and even thought it took me a couple of hours (due to my rubbishness not the app) I did finally manage to send out my first ever newsletter. It was able to get my subscribers list straight from my shopify store without me doing anything which is awesome and the templates for the emails were easy to change and the whole email could be customised to match my brands colours and styles. The product picker function was so easy to use and saved loads of time, just click and your product and all the details are put straight into the email!
