great alternative to Mail chimp considering shopify and mail chimp are breaking up! Wasn't sure what i was going to do

So user friendly and so many options for getting analytics. I love that you can have a live view, set up automated workflows, and have an awesome pop up to gather customers email info!

Amazing app for email marketing. We wouldn't have started using Omnisend if Mailchimp didn't breakup with Shopify but we are so glad we did

We created our first email campaign today, and the process was really smooth. This app is easy to use! We had our campaign made and sent in less than 30 minutes. The email looked professionally done, too.

WARNING -- STAY WITH CHIMPMAIL. Here is my experience. I created a campaign and installed a mailing list. Notice: "Your account is blocked because your list is dirty". Result: Missed campaign launch date. Next-- I paid $50 to clean 5000 email addresses and run a campaign again. Result: Lowest open rate of any campaign, and highest SPAM response of any campaign I have used. Notice: "Your account is suspended due to 3% spam rate". I have successfully used Chimpmail without the same level of problems. Out of 2,000 emails only 200 were opened, and 5 were labeled as spam. Those 5 resulted in my account being suspended. I WILL NOT USE OMNISEND AGAIN -- NOR CAN I RECOMMEND THEIR PRODUCT. My suggestion -- run a parallel campaign with Chimpmail or another service to compare results -- both of open rate, bounce rate, and spam rate. Then see whether Chimpmail SUSPENDS your account for 5 labeled spam out of 2,000. I am flabbergasted.

I use this app for my newsletter subscription and mailing campaigns. It works great! It would be great if it's possible to upload customised themes.

This app is SUPER EASY TO USE! I just made an entire campaign in under 30 minutes. My first experience was great and I will continue to use Omnisend.

It is good at ems and SMS,which is helpful for new ,such as me.but it don't have mush style for email

So far absolutely loving it. It doesn't everything I've been trying to achieve with 4 other apps. I only wish I'd found it sooner.

Omnisend allows us to easily send sign-up emails, abandoned cart emails, confirmation emails, etc. If you want email automation for a reasonable cost, you can't go wrong with these guys. It's easy to use and seamless integration with other apps like Google Ads and Facebook Marketing.

Super easy platform. Made the whole process almost effortless. I chose Omnisend because of the ratings, and I can see why people love it.

I jumped to this app from using mailchimp and so far so good. I line the way you can create a workflow and its easy to figure out

This app is much better than Mailchimp, I can do so much more. They have great customer service that response right away. I recommend this app and it's a low monthly fee.

I was forced to find a new option after Mailchimp separated from Shopify. I wasn't looking forward to this as I had already spent hours struggling with the mailchimp platform. I'm SO GLAD I switched to Omnisend. The platform is so much more user friendly and I was able to set everything up in just 2 hours! I'm much more confident using Omnisend and will be able to create campaigns quickly without dreading it! The live chat feature is awesome and customer support was prompt and friendly. I would suggest signing up for the tutorial video as that helped me so much. Seriously a game changer! I can't suggest Omnisend enough. Wish there were 10 star ratings because I'd give them 10 stars!

I'm still pretty new to the app, but so far I've been able to launch a few campaigns very easily. I don't have very much computer knowledge, but this app is very easy to use and gives me great options for the look I want.
