This app pays for itself time and time again. Not only does it vastly reduce customer emails and telephone calls but it also automatically prompts customers to return and buy. Is a double whammy! Plus this software is easy to install, reliable and the interface is easy to use. And the support team are excellent. I'd say this is pretty much a perfect solution and ideal add on to Shopify.

La aplicación es bastante buena, el plan gratis está bastante bien para empezar, claro que en un futuro puedes usar la de pago, en la que tienen diferentes opciones y es bastante mejor, pero ya la opción gratuita te incluye todo lo esencial. Por no mencionar el soporte de ayuda, que es bastante rápido y eficaz y contestan en un intervalo de 5 minutos. Me encanta la aplicación y espero usarla en muchas otras tiendas.

Just downloaded and setup the app, so I can only speak to that process. Melika was instantly available (on a Sunday no less) to help me get the format correct for my theme. Great customer service. Excited to dive into the other features.
