This app was exactly what I needed but initially, the widget wasn't working right away. The chat support was SO helpful and fixed my issues as fast as they could! Great customer support, great features. It really helps my shop. That was my review, but shopify makes me write a minimum of 100 words for this review, so I'm writing this to get there.

BEWARE! Exercise caution when choosing this app, as they are altering included features without providing any notification. With the free plan, you receive 10 email notifications BUT, from a while ago, you're not even allowed to see who has requested a 'back in stock' alert as the email details are blurred. Concealing information collected from your website is an extreme measure! Despite these issues, the app still gets a 3-star rating because of its chat support and user-friendly interface; otherwise, it would have earned a 1-star for its shady practices.
