I'm not even a paying customer (Yet) as I'm setting up a new storefront and wanted to test out functionality. Absolutely Outstanding Support from Grace! I reached out for help with customising our "Sold Out" button to show “Low Stock – Enquire Now” and trigger a popup for customer enquiries — and Grace completely nailed it. Not only did she immediately understand our requirements, but she also actioned everything swiftly, clearly, and with the most delightful attitude. The button now works exactly as we envisioned, and she explained every step, including what features were in use and which to avoid (like Pre-Order).
