I'm in very early stages but so far the onboarding and customer support from Mason has been amazing. His service and the minor customizations he made on our website were done quickly and look perfect. Super excited to see how this app helps with our unfortunate out of stocks!

Support via the chat function was very quick, a customer support agent (Dela) responded to my query within a minute. This is the only app that did not cause issues with our store. Other apps caused functionality issue like items not being added to cart and so but not this. The support person, Pearl, was friendly, quick and considerate in helping me make some customisations as well. Although plan prices can be better but I think it is a great app! Thank you.
