She was incredibly helpful, demonstrating not only a high level of expertise but also a remarkable ability to implement my request in a timely manner. Highly recommend their service.

So far the app has worked great, and the customer service is spot on - they answer very quickly and offered to help with a specific problem we had. I removed one star because using the app takes a little bit of getting used to, it's not something you can do without getting to know instructions first.

The features of this app are great. The name "Monk Free Gift with Purchase" doesn't do its (user friendly) complexity justice. It has a ton of useful features that we couldn't find anywhere else. The support is one of the best that I have encountered. Great app!

Shopify's default free gift promotion capabilities are really lackluster, so what Monk provides in their app is far superior. Their support was really helpful and fast, getting the app to work properly in my custom theme. Their app is proving to be a crucial part of my store's success during our busy holiday season. The Monk App is easy to navigate. There are helpful guides with screenshots to show each step, and the support team is top-notch! They quickly respond and thoroughly get you the right information or fix any issues! The app displays a seamless gift with purchase selector on the cart page, which looks great on the checkout page. Highly recommend!

Sara from the help desk at MONK was FANTASTIC! I had a requirement for our website that need some thinking to get it right and Sara spent time trouble shooting the MONK system and offering ideas. In the end we ended up with a PERFECT solution.

I installed this app and was able to finally have a free gift added to my cart with a discount as well. Ran into a small issue which was fixed immediately and now everything is working like a charm. I've had excellent experiences with both the app and customer service reps, they respond quickly and fix issues in record time. Both Ravish and Murtuza have been professional, to the point and extremely helpful getting the app setup and fixing any slight bugs (which have been more our errors than anything with the app itself). Highly recommend for the price and what they offer!!
