I would hands down recommend the Lucky Orange app. Why? Three reasons. 1) Stop the guesswork. You know where your users are browsing. Visuals bring the data alive. A potent combination when your trying to understand the weak points on your site. 2/ The dashboard is so user friendly that my daughter, with a little over six years of life experience could find her way around it. Don't know why your users are angry - one click on the discovery tab and you've got the answer. Simple. 3/ Customer service team are real humans - kind, polite (but not cheesy) they answer your question quickly - panicking about those gaps between user actions - drop them a message and they will answer. 4/ Lucky Orange - the name alone and icon is something else. Talk about elite branding. On a serious note - genuinely think this software has helped me find out key info about my site. In a world full of data, you can get lost but luckily there's one orange giving your website the vitamin C it needs ️. Great app although a little problem with the product thumbnail sizes on replay on certain occasions, but all in all a very very nice must-have app! 5 Stars! Lucky Orange has been a game-changer for understanding my customers' behavior! What I really like is how intuitive it is—it integrates seamlessly with Shopify and is easy to set up and use, even for someone who isn’t an analytics expert. Unlike Shopify Analytics, which is simplified but lacks insights into the full customer journey, or Google and Meta Analytics, which can feel overwhelming to set up and interpret, Lucky Orange gives me a clear, real-time view of how visitors interact with my site. The Heatmaps and Replay features let me test the customer journey, identify pain points, and quickly make user interface adjustments to improve the experience. “Game changer” is a phrase we love to hear from our customers! Seeing your customers’ experiences in real time can give you the insights you need to address their needs quickly and prevent any barriers to conversion. As you mentioned, traditional analytics can be either too simplified or too complicated. Lucky Orange allows you to quickly and easily see exactly what people are doing on your website, rather than guessing and piecing together the conversion puzzle with data points. Disappointed with the Performance. I had high hopes for this app, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet expectations. From the first night, I encountered issues—it wasn’t recording visitors to my website. I contacted support, and while the agent acknowledged the problem and escalated it to the technical team, the issue remained unresolved. A few days later, the app still wasn’t functioning properly. It reported zero visitors from our home country, despite multiple visits, including my own, which weren’t recorded. Ultimately, the app didn’t work for me, and I can’t recommend it based on this experience. We’ve reached out to you about this issue and confirmed we do see visitor session recordings in your account. We always strive to deliver visitor recordings as quickly as possible and in rare cases, it can take a few minutes for the data to process and populate in your account. It seems like you may have experienced some slight delays in the data processing but would love to test this further with you to see if it was one-off or if there is some other issue we haven’t identified yet. The easiest install I've ever had with an app - instantly worked, instant feedback and didn't do anything bad to my site or create any lag. The information provided in the dashboard is easy. I'm having trouble with the heat maps not actually showing on my Mac? but the videos are helpful. I wish I had more for the price I'm paying.
