I installed this app on a recommendation from my website coder, Rebecca from Rainy City Marketing. She always recommends apps that she says are "tried and true" and work well. It has been very insightful and we have used it to see if our UX experience is converting optimally. I look forward to digging into the data more. I especially like watching the recordings to gain insight into how people are shopping the site.

Lucky orange provides really useful information by letting you see what customers did on your site.

I'm day 12 into my trial and have been really impressed with this app. Really intuitive and gives me all the information I need in terms of site visitors, abandoned carts etc. Perfect for anyone looking for something to help with conversion and the data around it. Highly recommend

This app is probably hands down the best app I have ever installed. Watching how my customers click identified a dozen design flaws instantly. Lucky Orange is absolutely amazing! I fell in love with the app the day I installed it. It helps me in so many different ways like showing me if a customer has a problem navigating through my store or shows me exactly when the customers stop reading and click off. It helps me better optimize my store, which in turn increases my conversion rate.

I would highly recommend this app to anyone looking to understand buyer behaviour. With recorded visitor sessions, you can see exactly what people are looking at on your website.

i have tried over 3 apps like these to check when my customers are leaving, how they are interacting with my website, what part of my funnel needs improving. This app did all of that and more. It should get the recognition it deserves because it saved me a lot of time and money! If you're starting out I 100% recommend you getting this. They have a free trial so just try it for yourself.

This is a must have app for all stores. Has helped me improve my customer journey. Simple and effective user interface allows you too see the recordings easily. Recordings can also be viewed on your phone. Will save you if you missed a bug during store set up!

This app has been installed on several stores of mine. It gives me insight which no other app does. How many people visited, how many pages on averages, where they are located, the traffic source as well as a really helpful heatmap. I honestly wouldnt be making sales were it not for this app. As it let me know how customers were behaving to certain changes etc. I honestly recommend it to all shopify users it will really help you make and track crucial changes.

It's really a must have for an e-commerce store! Very useful to understand the customer behavior and can help if you have any problem on your website that you can't see. I 100% recommend it ! The only thing i have to say is in my opinion the interface of the application could be better but still a really great app!

I had a great chat person from LO tell me about half-a-dozen things I could do with LO that I didn't know about. I am psyched to really dig into it now instead of just using it to watch recordings of visitors. Jordan was a great chat specialist.

Lucky Orange has been an absolute blessing for my startup ecommerce website. Originally, my facebook ads were getting a lot of interactions yet nobody was actually purchasing anything, I couldn't figure out why. Lucky Orange literally showed me click by click what any potential customer is doing on my website which allowed me to figure out why they didn't make a purchase (description might be to little, interactives might not be good enough, etc..). I highly recommend downloading this app, they offer a free trial which is it what I took in the beginning and now I'm in love. I've been using this app to track my daily website visitors. I've been learning patterns and trends and figuring out what potential customers are looking for. It's enabled me to revamp my site and fix issues that might be causing potential customers to stray.

When we started initially some of the user behavior was not very clear for us. The conversion rates were not what we wanted. After installing Lucky Orange, we were able to understand/intercept some of the user behavior and did some quick changes to our site. It really helped us gain customer traction and increased the conversion rate as well. Customer support was great, as a newbie they were able to help us with our questions quickly. Thanks Team.
