Love the app experience. Quite easy to understand and use and provides all that I added it for - session recording and heatmaps; in a simple yet detailed way. The customer support is quite well versed and helpful as well.

I love this, very easy to use and provide great insight on how the store operates. it also provide a clip of images of how visitor reacted to the link. what they read and what they focus on. this helps me to understand the audience more and provide better results. which what you need from reports anyway.

Always use LO on my stores for data which when scaling is important for optimising. This can provide insights into where customers are spending time

App is buggy, only seems to record a handfull of sessions despite there being atleast 20 in 2 days I only ever saw 8 replays, all of them lasting only a couple seconds one even showed the session time being 1 min 45s but in reality only lasted a few seconds as well.

This is the most informative apps compared to similar, and I tried a few. You get a lot for the price. There's a lot to look at and learn from. Emilia was great at answering some questions, we got on a call to explain how to find some data, and I look forward to learning how my customers shop and how I can improve the website to increase conversions.

Literally amazing for fixing the website Ux wise and make it better for user to go through your product and make a purchase.

Sooo useful, it's recommended for all starters it gives you a full monitoring that helps you in analyzing and detecting defects

Emilia Smith was really helpful and explained to me in detail what i needed to know. She was very helpful in showing me different features and options how to easily use Lucky Orange and how to improve the analytics. For now things are a bit clearer thanks to her.

Very useful tool as it enables us to view our visitors activity, the products they view and how many times they've returned to our website. Also, the heat map allows us to see the areas of our website that our viewers tends to gravitate towards. Really insightful.

Jordan was really GREAT! One of the highlights of the meeting is that he helped me connect Lucky Orange through my shopify account. Also, he was very knowledgeable about the product and showed me how beneficial it would be to my business.

We're currently undergoing a major overhaul on our website and were recommended to install Lucky Orange by our project manager. So far we've been happy with the app and the quick customer service response when we've had a question. In the first 2 weeks Lucky Orange has offered major insight into what was working and what wasn't on our homepage. We're looking forward to continuing to refine our website for higher conversion rates with Lucky Orange.
