love this app transferred over from Magento and wanted a fully integrated loyalty programme. so easy to set up and install and presents a professional image to any store and helps retain and reward customers without an extra work looking forward to promoting my rewards campaign

So far so great! A lot of sign ups in a just a few days. Many customers were able to use all of their bonus coupons for referrals and racking up points every sale. Gives a great boost to repeat customers! The only negative is , it is not clear how to use the various rewards, so we did trial and error, a forum to ask questions with other shop keepers who use this service would be great! Luckily my customers are really nice people, and were helping each other out how to use and acquire the rewards, and giving me feedback with their experiences. Customers have expressed they are really happy we added this feature!

I am personally obsessed with collecting points and this app gives you an easy way for your customers to do the same. I sell knee high socks and some people buy 6 pairs to get one free so I know Loyalty program works. I only wish the plans worked not according to how many customers I have in my shop but how many costumers sign up for the Loyalty program, I am really hoping that will be resolved someday so I don't have to pay for the customers that are not using the Loyalty platform.

So far, this app is great. Hope it increases sales.

I wanted a SIMPLE customer LOYALTY REWARDS plan and a SIMPLE platform. S Loyalty is exactly THAT. User friendly for everyone involved and believe me I'm no program savvy. Customer service is quick via support email. And the plans are reasonably priced for even the smallest businesses. -Chantal

Used it for almost 14 days. S loyalty makes it exciting for the shoppers to make a return purchase as their points can be converted into value that can help buyers to save. In this budget tight world who does not want to save. To entice sign up, S Loyalty also has welcome points, where it makes it entice signing up of account for as the loyalty for the website.

Love the simplicity and easy of usage! Already got over 20 people to sign up for it in just a few days. And, this is based on just about 1000 visitors during that period. Much higher than our purchase conversion rate in general. The best feature though is the refer-a-friend email, twitter or facebook function! It's the Invisible Hand that motivates people to talk up and introduce your business/brand to their social circles! What's not to love!

My customers like the Points system. easy and simple YET working. My sales is keep increase now !

So far so good. I've seen a growth in our sales once we added the customer loyalty program. It was easy to set up, and had a clean interface.

The installation was straightforward and hassle-free. I like the loyalty widget and app for making the job of running a rewards program simple. The fan-builder and refer-a-friend app were not as useful for me as they didn't covert customers very well for me. This may be very specific to my store though, not a fault of the app itself. The downside to the app is the lack of customisation. The basic widgets colours do not work with my website and nor does it use neutral colours. I would really like to customise it, but the plan that allows such customisation is far too expensive. That's the reason for the four stars and not five.

I just finished the 14 day trial, and I definitely had to sign up to continue this awesome program! My customers are really excited about this, and my referrals' have been increased as well. I definitely recommend it!

SLoyalty is a great app for any site, very easy to implement and a simple interface. Highly reccommended!

S Loyalty was super easy to add to my site. My site launches on March 7th and I have strong feelings that this will aid in the repeat customer aspect of my store. People love accumulating fake internet points and to get stuff for it is even better! The rewards were simple to figure out and this is something that I would personally take part in if I were shopping so I have no doubt my customers will like it as well. The price is reasonable as well as far as I can see. Good job S Loyalty!

The loyalty suite is easy to install and customer service is excellent! This is just what we were looking for.

Great product, easy to use and set up. the only thing that stops me from giving it a 5 star rating is the fan builder. it would be nice if you could choose if you want people to like your social media pages and/or provide an email. I would like it to be geared more towards building a social audience and not just collecting emails from people. Most people have been putting in just an email address and never liking our engaging with our social media pages. It would also be nice if you could delete coupon codes from the system on your own once created. And the only other thing would be helpful is if this linked up to mailchimp when you do get emails so they can get added to a list, it does not however. Still, with that said, this is a really, really good product.

Get this app ASAP. It works while you're not - we've generated quite a bit of sales already!

Great app, easy to use and very useful!

So far the app is great! We love using the refer-a-friend and rewards program feature. We decided to no activate the fan builder portion of the app at this time as it seemed like that might have been too many things going on. It will take some time to really see the results from the app but in the end I think it will be well worth the monthly fee. The app is very easy to install and user friendly!
