Great App. Very useful, I would recommend to every one who want to build a long-term relationship with customers. The only thing that's not good enough for me is the language. Not every area in the store front can be customized. I mean, I don't need a total translation, just open all the store front area and let me customize by myself, that's enough. Hope in the future this can be done. Then I will love love love this app.

Absolutely love this program. Its boosted our sales in the first 14 days much more than I initially thought that it would. I wish there was a way to specify the fan builder/refer a friend discounts to apply to certain collections though. Thats the one flaw Ive seen so far. Overall well done though.

Great tool for increasing potential customers! Hoping to get some kind of email integration with MailChimp to connect the database in the future! It's great to see positive results from the app right away. Would like to get some kind of embedding script of the loyalty points information to post on a custom page to have a link to entice people to join outside of the website. I added s loyalty basic plan. In no time had to upgrade to the 2,000 member plan. Also I took it off for about a week and noticed sales dropped dramatically compared to when it was integrated. I definitley put it back up asap lol I reccomend to anyone. Had to come back and get this app i missed it after deleting!

Got our first refer a friend sale within 7 days of setting it up. This is going to change our business. Easy setup, and very powerful tools. It could have more customization, but sometimes having to much gets us caught up in functionality instaed of building value.

Very easy to set up, and our customers love it. We're a small, niche store so it's extremely important for us to be able to rely on repeat business, and our most loyal customers have been asking for some kind of points program literally for years. Now they're happy, and that makes us happy because they're buying more stuff. My only wish is that there were more customization options for the look of the widget in the professional plan - for $50 a month, we really should be able to use our store colors and customize the text.

Coming from Magento, we needed the best loyalty program app to replace our current provider (SweetTooth). S Loyalty was easy to setup and offer everything needed to make the switch. Some days to go and we are on Shopify. We hope customers will appreciate the move to the new loyalty program.

Love S Loyalty. I can easily see how many customers redeemed their coupon codes and my followings have increased as well as the number of e-mail subscribers. Great ROI with this app. If you're thinking about it just get it and you'll love it just the same.

A great product that will complement on going marketing efforts to build web traffic to your store. Support has been prompt in replies, but still hoping they will solve the issue with mobile versions of your shopify store a priority. Currently works great with desktop sites, but refer a friend pop up window does not work on the mobile version. When they fix the issue, I'll be happy to change the rating to 5 stars.

I still under the free trial and so far The Shoe Haven had more then 45 customers sign up and about 15 of them placed an order. This is a great app for companies looking to expand their customer base while offering rewards for their loyalty.

This really is a great, must have app for any company looking to build on its customer base. We have only launched our website and 11 of the first 13 customers who have purchased from us have signed up for the Loyalty scheme. Whats great, is that it fills me with confidence that if they have take the time to fill all their details out, they are likely to buy from us again. Very happy. So far, so good

Easy enough to set up and use. Haven't seen any increase, but I am just starting out and don't necessarily have the traffic yet. Interested to see how it progresses over time. This plan was nice, as I offer an in-store rewards program, and now I can offer something similar to my web customers. I actually hadn't looked recently at my program back-end and I DID get a couple FB likes and email sign ups! How exciting! I can only imagine that as my store grows, the benefits of this app will continue to show!

This is a great app and there was a lot of interest in it when we rolled it out. It's pretty easy to set up and it integrates well with our site. If they would allow you to assign custom names to the rewards and if the redemption codes were automatically applied to the customer's cart then it would be 5 stars for me. The reason for the latter is obvious--customers can get confused so easily and making them enter it themselves it adds an extra step--but the reason I'd like to name rewards is primarily for the shipping incentives. I wanted to have a Priority upgrade and an Express upgrade as rewards, but the way it looks is confusing since it just says Free Shipping up to $9.99 and Free Shipping up to $19.99. A customer might not understand what they are getting. I think I could get rid of any confusion if I could name my own rewards. Maybe that will come in an update. Overall, a great app and a good way to keep customers coming back.
