Great support, nicely customizable, easy to integrate, works as expected

I was hesitant to use the Loop App after reading a few reviewers complaining about their poor (or non-existent) service for the free plan, but after another app called "Joy" did not live up to my expectations - it failed during installation steps, I decided to give the LOOP a try. I am so glad I did and I am on the free plan and have received fantastic service from Varun, who was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. He even disabled another widget that I did not know was in my template. The Loop Widget looks so cool and so happy with the way it looks. I don't know how much I appreciate your help, Varun. Thanks a million!

Absolute worst customer service we've ever experienced. Had some trouble with the manual installation and were told to "find a developer." WILD that a Shopify App thinks that the "only way to install a app is manually" when all the other ones we've looked at do it for you or it's automated. Don't waste your time...there are a lot of other, better, and helpful options.

We moved from Recharge to Loop and I am very impressed so far. Migration was seamless and the support has been excellent. We've already seen an increase in subscriptions only a week in. Thank you, Team Coffee Beans Delivered! We're so happy you’re already seeing those subscription numbers climb :D
