They were always responsive when I need them and very professional ----------- Review update - June 6th 2023, I am absolutely thrilled with the incredible assistance I received from the Loop team. I can honestly say that I have never experienced such remarkable support from any other company before. From the moment I reached out to them, they went above and beyond to help me with my website. My customers had been reporting that the subscription button was missing since the beginning, and initially, I didn't realize that I hadn't enabled it. Upon further investigation, I discovered that my custom theme was causing the button to not appear due to coding issues. This is where Loop came to my rescue. Their support was exceptional, as they provided prompt and helpful responses over email and even connected with my website to identify the problem and find a solution. Despite facing challenges with customizing the theme, the previous company I consulted claimed it couldn't be done. However, the Loop team never gave up on me. They continued to work diligently and customized a code specifically for my website, ensuring that the subscription button would function flawlessly for my valued customers. Their dedication was truly unwavering, and they persisted until the task was completed successfully. I cannot express enough gratitude for the outstanding support I received from Loop. After having used some other popular subscription solutions, we highly recommend Loop. There are other decent solutions out their, but based on price, support, functionality, and ease-of-use, we believe Loop is the best by far. The Loop team is incredible - they're so helpful and responsive. We have many subscribers, and migrating to a new subscription platform was daunting. But Loop made it easy and was very proactive about getting us through each step. Dealing with my old subscription provider could be frustrating because you have to go through their chatbot and then submit a ticket. But with the Loop team, we were able to get on Zoom right away, and they will never leave you hanging. The application itself is 100x more user-friendly than our old subscription provider.

It has been a fantastic experience working with Loop. Support team is extremely knowledgable and action-oriented. I reported a small, harmless bug where a dashboard wasn't loading in numbers, and they created an entire report / investigation into why it happened. They really do care about their merchants. The platform itself is excellent. Super easy to use/setup. You're in good hands with Loop. Nothing but good things to say.

Their customer service is unmatched. Whenever I had an issue using the app I would get a response very fast and the team was super nice answering any questions. The UX is great for both the customers and the store end. Highly recommend!

We have had good experience with this app so far. Our store sells fruits, vegetables and groceries, so our prices vary from week to week. Loop can make the price of the subscriptions have a small price variation, following the changes we make in the store, which is quite useful. The customer service is very good, they helped me implement the app and they also constantly help me with any questions or doubts I have regarding the app.

The product was not worth the price and the customer service was unsatisfactory. I experienced an issue and was advised to fix it on my own without much assistance or support from the customer service team. The app is also overpriced.

Abel and his whole crew were so brilliant to understand what I needed in my auto-ship project, and the implementation was a smooth process as a result of their tremendous expertise.

We migrated to Loop from another top 5 subscription service in a few days only. The team at Loop was very kind, respectful and receptive to our demands all the way, they even went further and co-worked with devs from another third party app that handles our Customer Portal to integrate with. Wow When we need support we usually have an answer in max 5-10 min. on average through emails, which is extremely precious in some delicate situations like a migration process. We enjoy the fact that Loop has a clean integrated interface in Shopify and that the team improves the app regularly Talk to them if you have questions and see by yourself, it is worth it :)

I'm so glad we switched to Loop from Bold subscription. Loop completely understands what it means to run a subscription service and provides it perfectly. Much better customer experience with the easy-to-understand customer portal design and it even made us possible to have a strategy that works. The migration from Bold was very smooth and great communication and the support. Totally recommend it!

This app is very easy to use, many subscription details were thought of in advance. Widget and customer portal customization and subscription service management are top notch. However that's not the greatest advantage of this app. Loop team and the way they support you is just amazing. Really happy to pick Loop from the list of subscription apps.

Ok so let me just start with their support team, they are THE BEST, I was working on a website at 5am EST, and I had a bit of an issue installing the app, so I emailed them and they replied so quickly. They fixed and reinstalled the app in a matter of seconds. Thank you guys!!!! I will recommend this app and add it into all the websites I work on if needed.
