Good integration tool and customer service! UI is easy to operate and there are almost no syncing delays. Recommend this app.

Still learning all the ins and outs of this app. Have had some issues come up, but everyone on the support team has been very nice and helpful.

Looking for an alternative to ebay app being removed from the app store. Grabbed this only to find they don't have order sync...then what is the purpose of even offering a free plan if you can't use it for order syncing? I can list and add things to ebay all by myself. Takes longer but I really need the order syncing.

I have spent so much time trying to find the right integration for my little store. The Customer service is just so good. I am happy I can integrate my channels (Etsy and eBay Australia) Very happy

Looked promising at first. But after registering I noticed they do not support Amazon selling as advertised.

We needed a solution to sync our orders and inventory between our Wix online store, Shopify and then to Timely and Litcommerce is the only program that could do it succesfully! We're so happy to have found them because it's enabled us to sync the unsyncable! The customer service is also AMAZING! Even though these is a slight delay in timezones, we received help AND instant solutions very easily and quickly. Cannot recommend Litcommerce enough!!!!

I was looking for a replacement to the Shopify eBay app since it was being discontinued and decided to go with LitCommerce due to the good reviews. The support has been great during the entire transition process as I experienced a few issues. (Linking items, unknown eBay category, items not updating to eBay, inventory) My Shopify store has about 80 items with variations but the same items that were already on eBay did not so LitCommerce was unable to link them. Ultimately I had to delete the items from eBay and then re import them via LitCommerce to get them linked which may not be an option for stores with a large amount of items however this is not the fault of LitCommerce. They do offer an All-In-One listing package where they will do all the listing of items for you if you do have a large amount. Regardless, they stayed online for several hours across 2 days and fixed the issues on their end to ensure everything worked. Yes there are obviously some bugs but it not an easy process to integrate multiple systems as there are so many different scenarios and combinations. The fact that they are willing to fix any issues you have as soon as they can means they are committed to providing a great product and it will only get better as more users come on board and more issues are discovered and fixed. The interface is simple and easy to use, you can request new features, support is excellent, price is on par with other apps

This is the 8th app ive tried for eBay Australia integration, yep you read that right, the 8th, all the others had various issues and most had terrible support. While this app is on the more expensive side. It WORKS. I wish I had just gone with this one straight up. The support team has been more than happy to answer any questions I have in a fast turner around and while I did have a couple of minor issues with the eBay set up support was fantastic and fixed any issues in less than 24 hours. I am so happy that I have now transferred my Etsy sync over to this app as well.

Ember was a great help! I needed help with my very first product from Shopify to Etsy. She was a quick to answer and took the time to make sure I was set up correctly!

The support provided by both Ember and Hanah has been fantastic getting the sync up and running for my Shopify store and eBay and Etsy.

I have not used this app for very long; just trying to configure it now, but I was given seven days extra for a trial, and the support is excellent!! Ember is so friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work guys!!

With the Shopify -> ebay integration falling away on 31/12/2022, I was looking around for another solution. I was interested to see that LitCommerce had an integration to Etsy as well which solved a more immediate problem. My units of measure on both platforms differed for quilting fabric - I sell in Fat Quarters 1 = 25cm on Etsy and 1 = 1 cm on Shopify. I contracted LitCommerce to do some custom integration for these products to keep my inventory in sync and then to import orders into Shopify as the correct UOM. It has been a long process - the platform is a little buggy - BUT - and this is the reason I gave 5 STARS - the support is fantastic. Yes, they may not be in my timezone (Australia), but I can leave a message for Ember in the chat and as soon as she starts - it is addressed and more importantly she is in constant contact with updates. I will let things settle down and then start the process to integrate with eBay by the end of the year. If you have patience, are prepared to test, want a low cost solution - this is the integration for you.

Amazing App ! Its easy. It helped us sync our inventory on our Etsy channel smoothly. Customer service is amazing. Highly recommended app.

The app interface looks nice and is easy to use, however the promise of shopify to ebay sync is a nightmare, i was advised it was a simple process (coming form the shopify ebay app) i have spend 3 days fixing unlinked, unsynced items, constantly need to double check ebay orders V shopify orders, tracking information does not flow from Shopify to ebay.... Support what can i say... their solution is to hold a moment (over chat) and they come back to your 15mins later with some excuse..... i am very dissapointed in this app and the functions need to be double checked all the time... Error messages are not clear..

We have been using the app for about 2 months now for connecting Etsy and Amazon. Firstly, I will say that the support and customer service are responsive, professional, and friendly. The connection with Etsy worked very well, and allowed us to create Etsy listings with a calculated shipping profile, which was a step above the competition. However... The Amazon channel connection is EXTREMELY problematic. Orders will not automatically import to Shopify, they must be manually synced. In addition, if you intend to fulfill the orders through Shopify, you will then have to manually copy and paste the customer & shipping information from Amazon into the order in Shopify. We have also found instances where the app added inventory back into products in Shopify (with no apparent concurrent event to cause it), causing us to oversell. Most recently (the straw that broke the camel's back), the app suddenly automatically imported a 2 month old Amazon order into Shopify (an order that had already been imported back on the original date of the order), at a time when we were not even performing any tasks in the app, in Shopify, or in Amazon. We hope that LitCommerce can get these issues corrected at some point in the future and will be happy to give them another try. But at this time we will be switching back to SellBrite.

This is great software, easy to use and navigate. We only had 1 issue which was our single listings trying to link to an amazon multi listing. We got in touch with the litcommerce team who sorted this out for us very quickly.

Ember was absolutely stellar today! Even when the error was on my end, she was incredibly patient with me (literally hours of patience). I hope to work with her again soon!

I use this app to manage listings and sales across Etsy Ebay and Shopify. The app if fairly straightforward to use and the technical team are top notch the few teething problems, I had at the start of the journey were quickly and efficiently rectified. The sync of products saves me lots of time and effort and will increase my revenue in the future. well worth the 10k listings package. Adding channels and managing their sync is easy and straight forwards, you can even request extra features although I haven't used this yet. Overall good value for money and easy to use.

I have been using the app for a time now the app preforms excellent. when I have question the help is always right there for support and quickly resolves the issue.

After some teething problems the company has been of good assistance in sorting out my feeds. It wasn't straight-forward for me and I found it a little tricky to navigate things. However, they have worked very hard to sort it out for me and I will continue to update this review moving forward. They certainly want happy customers and have put in effort for me. Thank you.

I have some requests to custom some features to match my business and I must say the guys at litcommerce truly go above and beyond the normal call of duty. They actually care about their clients' experiences with them. With a fantastic price, I can use this program to manage my inventory and effortlessly publish listings across various selling platforms (Etsy, eBay). I offer unique products, thus this is extremely vital. The application and interface are simple to use and extremely clean. It has some flaws, but a very responsive development and customer service team takes care of them right away. For me, this is not a big deal when they can resolve it in manner time. I look forward to working with LitCommerce in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking for a way to link multiple sales channels.

Fantastic app. I own two stores - one of which I had a few teething problems with. Unfortunately I could not edit the review. However, the response from this company has been very good, they've been very helpful and have really helped me sort out my store. I wanted desperately to amend my original review but there's no edit button! I would rate the support for my issues very highly and recommend the app as the company have really tried hard to help me fix things and they have worked non-stop to get things fixed. If I can amend the other review I most certainly will as once they realised I was unhappy and struggling they could not have been more helpful. Good job!
