Two days ago the Facebook sales channel was not working with my lit commerce account. I asked for help and they were on top of it! In two days the technical team solved the issue with my account. I was worried it was going to take like a week. but nope they kept me updated along the way and guided me how to navigate the software as they needed to test the back end. please be patient with this company they know what they are doing. its not easy working round the clock dealing with people

This is a really simple user friendly app to use. I have moved to this one instead of Inkfrog as it wasn't working well. I have had a few queries and I always get a really qiuck response from their customer service, so 5 stars for customer service. I use it for Ebay and also to send products to Amazon at the moment. The only thing that has proved tricky is when I have a product on Amazon that is a variant in my store but not on Amazon - it means I have to use another app to link them up and to access my orders. I will look at adding Etsy in time but will need to use another app for Amazon at the moment unfortunately.

So far I am thrilled with the one-on-one support from their customer service team, they are dedicated to help you move forward with your goal, Chloe, Lousia.. and others behind the scene have been very honest, helpful and patient people. The cons is the time difference, but it is also the advantage on the bright side bc you wake up with your problems solved. Still lots to do and I will update how this turns out.

Great app and fantastic support. Had a few teething errors and needed some answers to questions, Louisa from LitCommerce helped in a matter of moments and had us up and running.

After months of using this LitCommerce there are suddenly multiple issues with order integration. This has caused unbelievable hassle and even hurt our average shipping times on multiple platforms. LitCommerce staff is slow to respond and after a week of trying to resolve the issue I am still not confident they understand what the problem is.

We tried this app for a week and it was not straight forward to use, restricted features on ebay when posting products through the app, however we cancelled our free trial yet 2 weeks later we got charged!! shopify showing non subscription with this app and yet they used our credit card information to charge us!?

This is an amazing app. The only thing better than the app was the help and support from Louisa and Ember who really were amazing, they customised a small issue I had with the app and now it works perfect. I moved to this app from Ced Commerce, I can tell you this is far superior in every metric, Ced commerce was too glitchy, I tried almost every app for Etsy and Ebay and this one stands out, it has the best UX by far, is easy to use and looks and feels nice, But mainly it has no bugs at all, everything just works smoothly. Another important point, I tried a few etsy app that was a % of your sales. I can honestly say that for the price, features and useability this is the best app on the app store for Etsy and Ebay. 5 stars.

Incredible support staff to make sure we got up and running. Any questions or comments and they respond very quickly. App does exactly what I need it to and a little bit more. I use it for our connection to Reverb.com. Love it!

I am very satisfied with this app, easy to use and navigate. I have tried several other apps to post to eBay, Walmart, and Etsy, but none of them worked as effectively as this one. I'm thoroughly pleased with the features and performance of this app. Additionally, the customer service is excellent! I highly recommend this app!

The app has been a blessing for us managing our different channels. Support is amazing and I would love to spotlight how helpful Ember has been with my small issue, she helped me resolve it as well as help me find a few other things that were of concern!

So far I am very satisfied with this app. The integration works very well, even in my case, in which I am connected to two different shops working with different currencies. Support has been very helpful every time I needed.

I am very impressed with this app. I tried several apps to post to Amazon, and none of them worked quite right. This one works, and has the benefit of a couple other features that the other apps didn't have 1) if there is an error pushing your listing to one of the channels, they tell you. And it tells you what the error is so it can be resolved. Many of the others are just "black boxes" that require support 5 times a day. 2) being able to add custom content to the Descriptions (such as meta fields from Shopify) was HUGE for me. It's the only one I know of that does that. Finally, when I have needed a bit of help, Support has resolved my questions within 12 hours or so every time. Forget trying to find 5 apps to do the job that this one does all on its own.

stock sync between stores is a complicated process, litcommerce make things easy and streamline. their support during application is fantastic. support team is easy to communicate and patient

I have tried other multi-channel apps, but this one seems to be the best thought out. It is highly customizable. If you try it out, take some time learning about the templates and setting them up properly before trying to send listings to other channels. Also, set your channel settings before importing your products. I found chat help to be highly competent, including clear screen shots and coaching me through my learning curve. My session with Ember tonight was exceptional. If you get slow response times, note that they have live chat hours which are primarily in the evenings, if you are in the U.S. Great work Ember and LitCommerce!

Excellent app with the widest range of integrations I have seen. Customer support is excellent and this is sometimes missing on some of the other integrations. They also seem to regularly add new integrations, which gives me ideas as to new potential outlets. Excellent overall.

Hanah from the customer support team is great, she hung on for a 20+ minute chat to walk me through my first set of questions... I'm still testing out the app, seems like it has a lot more functionality than my previous solution so it will take me a while to figure it all out!

I am just getting started with the LitCommerce app after trying another major integration app. I can already tell that LitCommerce is far superior, with a much more intuitive design and smoother glitch-free operation. Best of all, their customer support is the absolute best! Hanah just spent all the time we needed to get everything up and running, and was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient throughout the process. So far I would rate LitCommerce 10 out of 5 stars if I could!

I am new to this app. And been having a hard time linking my unlinked listings, and Ember has been helping me until it got sorted. At first, it did not work but when I asked her again, she really did her best to make things work and was able to link all the unlinked listings. Thank you.
