Continue to highly recommend this app! UPDATE 2: Another winning customer support experience today. I needed a slight tweak to a standard upsell feature we use in the cart. I reached out to the support team, got a quick response from Ryanna, and the change was made and live on the site in a matter of minutes. An additional "permanent fix" script was implemented by the tech team within a couple of days, and I couldn't be happier with the result! If only all app developers were this responsive! UPDATE: Customer service continues to be stellar. Solution oriented, willingness to accommodate special circumstances and Leo went out of his way today to customize something I couldn't figure out on my own. Highly recommended! ----- Unbelievable customer service + unparalleled customization of upsell/cross-sell settings has made Limespot one of our most important apps. Our jewelry pieces usually have coordinating pieces (necklace with matching earrings and bracelet) and with all of the "big-data" automation options out there, we were still not getting the result we wanted. Limespot allows us to put a "complete the look" section on every product page with the matching pieces front and center. It does take some time to manually go through and match these pieces, but not as much as the other options we had explored prior to deciding to go with Limespot. The effort is worth it for us and we are already seeing great results. In addition to manually matching coordinating pieces, we have taken advantage of Limespot's technology to auto-populate bestseller and other similar categories. I can't say enough about how pleased I am to have found a recommendation engine that gives us the best of both worlds - the ease of automated suggestions and the ability to control individual suggestions that we prefer to be making. On top of this, the support team has helped us with visual customizations making it work well and look good in our store. Love it!

Just started using LimeSpot and their support team is phenomenal. They have help files/articles. And they actually respond quickly. Also the app is highly functional -- it does more than upsell/cross-sell. You can integrate with Klaviyo etc. Hope they continue to invest/grow -- they really have a great product.

** Update ** We arrived at a good arrangement that makes sense for both side. At the end of the day, we want to operate the site under a model that fuel the growth in sales. ** Update ** Had a long call with Michelle from their team and really discuss the concern over how the pricing model and its impact on a high growth store. Their team is taking is feedback to the relevant party The application is a well made. The pricing model will give you a heart attack. When you sign you, you have to watch out for a few things: 1. You should really know your monthly revenue for the entire year and know that your sales spike will trigger upgrade. Also this revenue based model does not account for returns you have, let's say if you have huge spike, then huge return volume. Your pricing tier will jump. Our jumped from $30 to $180 due to a run away winner. 2. Charges on performance is a nice term but they are billing on performance of total revenue. That might or might not be directly correlated to having reco and suggestion feature on the site. For example, we have increased our direct response ad spend and thus the sales. From the metrics presented, Limespot only attributed 10% of the sales to themselves. Limespot charges more when the revenue increases, The logical question here is whether the 10% scales along with the increase in ads spend which drives the revenue 3. Auto upgrade. This sounds nice in theory. But you don't have the option to pause the app. As your marketing team increase their spend to increase revenue, you are also looking at a huge bill from Limespot because they would auto upgrade your tier based on the top line revenue. All in all, the app is robust and reco logic is great. I am not a fan of the lack of user's choice on upgrade and how the fee is tie to sales which is not 100% directly correlated to the impact brought by Limespot

Support is top notch, can't really say much about the app yet. Needed quite a bit of tweaking to make it work well one my Debut theme.

So far I am absolutely satisfied with Limespot! The support is really very good. I have always been helped immediately and a solution has always been found. The app itself is also easy to understand.

I have been researching different apps that will create smarter cross-sell and upsell recommendations for my customers. The reviews for LimeSpot look great, support is great and responsive and based features the app seems like is can work great. I was about to choose a subscription level and was shocked to see how much I would be charged based on my sales volume. Like said in a previous comment, I don't think it really makes sense to pay LimeSpot a premium fee based on my revenue when LimeSpot is not what is contributing to the revenue. I'm hoping that LimeSpot will reconsider its revenue model for higher volume stores to something more fair and equitable for both parties. Upsells are very important of my business model and I would love to use this application.

I am trying this app since 3,5 days now and want to share my experience as I am highly disappointed. Why I give 1 star is because this app is seriously hurting my business and when I tried to talk with the customer service they were not interested at all to help me. My problems: - when someone added a product via the products shown from the app and abandoned the cart, this abandoned carts are not shown in shopify, so there is no possibility to follow up with them. - the figures "added to cart" and "reached checkout" increased very nice which was wonderful to see, but unfortunately the final conversion rate decreased from 0,9% to 0,42% which really hurts our business! I dont know why there is this drop in final conversions, I did a lot of testing and finally tried to reach out the customer service of LimeSpot to see if they could help me. I wrote a very detailed description of my problem, but the responses where anything else than satisfying. They ignored my points, gave me very strange answers and said that they just dont track abandoned carts and "wheter people finally buy or not is not up to them"... ähm okay, but if because of them the people dont buy its really bad I would say...

This app is great and the support team is the best I have encoutered so far! Always there to try to fix bugs, and issues and to customize the app so it match your theme. Great app, can't wait to launch my website to see amazing returns!
