Easy App to use - I have emailed the company several times to ask for help on what I can do to improve or if I have been unsure on something - they come back really quickly with the info I needed - very helpful... I have tried other apps like this and none of them have worked in the way that this one does.

Really happy! It was up and running in minutes and the customer service team are fantastic! Thrilled!

This app is exactly what I was hoping to find. The ability to customize the pages it appears on gives total flexibility regarding where to promote additional products and where not to. Also, the feature which enables manual selection of recommended products allows better potential for upsell of accessories. Really one of the most important apps that I have in my store. Awesome customer support, outstanding customization to my theme and design. And the most important that this app increased my sales! This is the app we needed! At first I was looking for a recently viewed section which tracked visitors when they left and came back to the site and found a few options but nothing like LimeSpot. I dropped a quick message to customer support to ask a few questions before installing and Ryanna was back to me quick and accurately! Once I got the app installed, Ryanna even helped to edit the application to reflect the brands theme perfectly! We are on a customer plan with Shopify which caused a few concerns for me with pricing but again, Ryanna and the team where so helpful to understand what the custom plan was about and we came to a happy solution which suits both businesses. Im excited to explore the many other advanced features as time progresses and I highly recommend this app to any store that has a good number of products, it just makes customers lives easier! I'm loving this app, easy to use, I LOVE the products on the checkout screen, exactly what I wanted......lol, uninstalled my upsell app REAL FAST..LIMESPOT all the way. Show exactly what you want in which ever order, you can also make Limespot do all the work by recommending proven products. 1 click install, AWESOME Fast and helpful customer service. One request I have is to give an add to cart option for items on the checkout page so people don't have to leave the checkout page.

The app is both simple to use but incredibly robust in the features available. We've been especially impressed with the support offered. They respond quickly and not only resolve issues and answer questions effectively, but have even pointed us towards improvements on our site beyond the app. Highly recommend!

It's initiative! One word can describe this beautiful app! Innovative. Lot of other apps doing the same, and they all equal in MO! "Related items, Recently viewed, and Others also have seen this" But, what is the difference? The difference is in the difference. If you aren't making a difference in other people's lives, you shouldn't be in business – it's that simple This app has science behind the scene! Logical calculations, and items selected with SALES in mind when selected for display. If you pay only for this mathematics calculations and logical algorithms! You Win. Anything else can be adjusted and modified, from design, to options, features, etc But the only thing that matters to conversion rates! How this will make the customer click on suggested items and keep clicking! (like what you have seen with most shoppers doing in amazon )...., this is the game! And this app doing it perfectly. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS COMPANY WILL HARASS YOU WITH EMAILS THROUGHOUT YOUR TRAIL PERIOD WHICH IS A COMPLETE TURN OFF. WHEN YOU REQUEST TO HAVE THEM STOP EMAILING YOU, THEY SAY NO - RYANNA AND THEIR SUPPORT TEAM DO NOT PROVIDE YOU ANY TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WOULD PREFER TO HARASS YOU SO YOU CAN PAY FOR THEIR PRODUCT. I HAVE NO INTENTION ON PAYING FOR THIS APP AFTER MY TRIAL AND INSTEAD USING A DIFFERENT APP BASED OFF RYANNA TELLING ME SHE WOULD NOT STOP SENDING ME EMAILS. HOW TACKY CAN A COMPANY BE? TASTELESS WHICH COMPLETELY TRUMPS WHAT THEIR APP DOES. I WOULD LEAVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD.
