Wonderful customer service experience, app seems legit too (just started using it)

Hands down a must-have app for your store. It may seem a lot at first, but once you get the hang of it, you'll wonder how you lived without it.

Just installed the app few days ago. The support team is very helpful and fast response. They will help to customize the app appearance to match your site without request from us. This was quite a surprise to me but it really help to save our times.

This app is fantastic! I uploaded this app to my store and it automatically did everything for me. My store looked great and it began upselling items. Works amazing, is easy to learn, navigate but the very best feature is the extremely helpful and friendly support team. Within just a few hours I received an e-mail for a support staff member letting me know they need some updates to my store to help improve some images. Something I didn't even ask for! What an amazing product and even more amazing team!! I highly recommend LimeSpot!!!

I have had this app for the last 12 months and I like that they are constantly improving and adding things. Love the new Upsell Crossell section! Only complaint and reason for 4 stars and not 5 that the help section could be better. The app is relatively complex and I found it difficult to work out how to change certain things and bulk editing can be a challenge. On the plus side, support has been amazing!!!

LimeSpot is great app to increase sales, and track everything via one dashboard. The system learns your products, and the relationships between them, to serve relevant products to customers. We saw an immediate sales increase upon installing the app. It's easy to install and set up. Top notch customer service, and support which was fast to respond and able to customize the app to our liking across our store. Amazing app, don't go without it.

One of our favourite apps we have on our store, hands down. Incredible custom support, easy customization done via LimeSpot's help or on your own, and a solid dashboard to track all sales and metrics. The system is intelligent to cross sell items on it's own adopt to trends, or you can set them up yourself. Easily one of the best apps on Shopify - highly recommended!

Fantastic app that has incredible flexibility, support and customization. We've had this app installed since our store launched, and setup to show across out entire store. We track the performance and sales that are generated through LimeSpot, and are able to figure out the most effective use of product recommendation listings as well as using cross selling and targeted recommendations which are a huge benefit for our products. Great support, and a solid service overall - nothing comes close to what LimeSpot is able to do on Shopify, and it only keeps getting better - highly recommended for all stores.

Customer service, integration, display, solution all top notch. This is coming from someone who was paying upward to 900$ a month for SLI solution - granted it has search and recommendation bundled but still a bargain.

LimeSpot works beautifully in our store. We did have a glitch early on and the staff at LimeSpot were very responsive and fixed the problem quickly. I was impressed that they handled it immediately after my request for help.
