I've recently installed this app and I'm really happy with the way it looks and performs having only used it for a few days. Customer service has been fantastic! I've been dealing with Paige who has been really helpful and as well as customizing the recommendation boxes to match my theme she has also given great advice on where to place the boxes to get the most return on the app. I'm looking forward to seeing even more results very soon.

I have left a review before but it was all about the app,Now i just want to talk about their services "just great".They email and call to see how we are doing and recommend how to put the APP in best use.I just talk to Majid who proposed to try their customized service and try for free until we see additional revenues! The app wasn't what I was expecting and was more complicated to use than I expected so I removed it within the day. When I did they emailed to say that to uninstall properly I had do reinstall and uninstall on the Limespot dashboard which would be done with a simple click of a button. I complied but it didn't uninstall and sloppily left code all over the place. I had to search and manually remove each and every one. Edited to add that they have since been very attentive with a few phone calls and emails to make sure that the uninstall was done properly. They have also offered to give me step by step guidance should I want to try the app again. So customer service is very commendable.

5 star support - I would give 10 stars if possible - the team @ Limespot is outstanding The app itself, without a doubt, pays for itself month after month. Don't hesitate to give Limespot a try, you'll be glad you did!! Great support team that is there to help whenever you need any customization. They have a killer UI! Great job !

Limespot is an absolute MUST HAVE APP. Since installing it, we've seen our average order value and conversion rates increase significantly and in just two weeks it has earned us almost $2,000 in additional revenue. We tried a few of their competitors and a some of the things we like most about Limespot are the checkout page cross-sales (which appear above the cart) and the super easy installation & setup. The support has also been incredible thus far - super responsive and they went above and beyond to adjust the styling for us. As a fellow App Store developer, we LOVE this app and will use it on every store we build in the future.

Pros: - Looks great - Easy customization (they did most of it for me) - Nice amount of features - Excellent customer service - I believe it has increased revenue Cons: - The summary does not work for my site so I can't see how good it's been working or not. I like the app and believe it leads to sales as a few do get reported but my shop numbers and numbers in the app dashboard are always completely different. They were looking into it when I first installed but it seems to still be an ongoing issue. I would still recommend this app but really wish they could figure this issue out with my site.
