Great app, it is responsive and easy to use. Really not have to do much to use it and it's doing what it must. Provides for up-sell and cross-sell links. Support team is also very good. We have this app installed on all 3 of our stores. So far happy.

I have yet to fully wrap my head around all this app can and will do for me, but I know enough to say (a) Ian and Majid (customer support) are VERY responsive, informative, and go WAY above 'n beyond for you and (b) the $9.95/mo fee is going to pay for itself in no time at all. I installed the app prior to launching my store, so the trial period was graciously extended for me. I had no time (Who can relate??) to set this all up (to REALLY use it) and felt kinda overwhelmed at all the information on the dashboard. Ian set up a time, called, and spent about 30 minutes on the phone with me just to go over what ever tab meant and answer my questions. THEN, he said they'd set up their Best Practices and customize it FOR ME... for FREE! How amazing is that??!! So, since I knew their team could do in a matter of minutes what would take me hours or days to figure out, I had no problem accepting this offer. In the few weeks since I launched my store, the app has helped capture revenue that I'd likely have lost otherwise. And, now that I've received word that all the customizations and Best Practices are installed, I'm excited to see it REALLY go to work for me!! You really do owe it to yourself to at least give it a try. :) Thanks, guys, for the phenomenal job you do!!

Do not install this app. 1. It creates a large volume of code that slows down loading of pages. 2. New product photos are not loaded automatically and must be manually loaded by you for them to appear on this app. 3. If you delete the app, the code is still present on liquid theme. if you attempt to delete the snippets error messages occur on every page including the home page for your visitors to see, SAMPLE:. "Liquid error: Could not find asset snippets/limespot-global-head-includes.liquid". 4. If you don't pay the fee, you receive email after email. 5. When you delete the app you get a phone call within 5 minutes asking you why you deleted the app. 6. Don't expect any assistance from their customer service on deleting the app except for: "you have to reinstall the app". Then visit their website and your account with LimeSpot and follow a lengthy process to uninstall and clean up the remaining code. 7. The app makes exaggerated claims about how effective this app is in producing sales for you.....don't believe them.

ASK SUPPORT TO CUSTOMIZE FOR YOU! When I first installed this, I actually deleted it after the trial period, because I didn't have time to set it up properly. I then got an email offering free customization, which I didn't even realize they did. Their support was really excellent. They were able to match the look to the design of my store, and not only advised me on what might convert best, but set everything up for me! I've tried a lot of apps that don't really pay for themselves. This one looks like a keeper. The last month has not been great for my store, but I still have made enough extra off of this app to justify the monthly fee. In fact, around 6-7% of my revenue has come from this app's recommendations. Overall, not only a good idea, and excellent customer service, but something that is actually paying for itself. So, I definitely recommend trying it out, asking support to customize it for you, and seeing if it doesn't increase your sales.

This app works great, was using a manual app before that took a lot of time to keep updated (plus this app does a better job of selecting the best products anyway). The support staff are also very helpful, highly recommend
