Limespot has increased our sales and given our website a better than Amazon feel, seriously. The fluidity of the carousel is really spot on and gives the site a professionalism it wouldn't otherwise have. It is VERY demonstrable that the Limespot team has taken the time and effort to make their app the pinnacle of addon apps for nearly any multi product retail online store when it comes to boosting conversions. Very Good! I recommend that app

I actually can't fault this app. There is nothing else like it in the shopify store - all of the others need you to manually select the related products. We have used this app for months now, then we built a new custom theme and I had to uninstall it it as it didn't work anymore. I received an email from the team at limespot offering to provide a free customisation - so I reinstalled and within 24 hours they customised it better than I expected as it fit completely within my store theme. I have just made one more request for the "show more" button to be at the top of the limespot recommendations instead of at the bottom of the page so hopefully they can fix that.

This app is just awesome!!! I've tried several apps before and their performance is a speck compared to what Personalizer can do. The recommendations also make sense; unlike the others who I feel just randomly suggests stuff. It needs of a bit of navigating through the diff features to get used to what each means but once you crack it, there's just no stopping at discovering what more it can do.

Limespot customer service is very personable and always responds in a timely matter. They fix issues quickly and are also receptive to good ideas / suggestions to improve their app. They really truly care about their customers.

Fantastic app! This is THE app to get for product recommendations, and at the time of writing the only one that provides all of these features without charging a % of revenue earned. The installation is 100% plug and play and the end result just WORKS. After installing, roughly 25% of our total store revenue is now generated through this app - however carefully analyzing the metrics implies that we're only really seeing about a 10% lift in revenue at most - so the main benefit is ease of use, and removing barriers to purchase. My biggest complaint is that customizing so it matches your theme isn't necessarily easy or logical. They offer a free customizing service, but it only gets you so far - I had to spend another 8-12h applying additional customizations, and it's still not a 100% match. We have various product ribbons that we apply to product images for sale, clearance, our rewards program and for our wholesale channel, and these will not apply within the rendered recommendation boxes without hours of in depth coding. Also, discounted prices based on customer tag for our rewards program and wholesale are not rendered within the boxes, a big irritation. Also, it doesn't have any other integrations - this SHOULD connect with google analytics and shopify/yotpo reviews to help inform their recommendation algorithm. For example, I track and attach products viewed / added to cart & not purchased to all orders, and have noticed trends that are not picked up by Limespot. Lastly, you should be able to apply upsell/cross-sell items based on collection - not just individual products. This feature is essentially useless unless you have only a few products, or have countless hours to input these overrides. All these complaints aside, we are totally sold on this product, particularly because the support is so fantastic. $50 may be a reasonable amount to spend on an app, but the revenue it generates is well worth it!
