This app really does boost revenue and it actually measures the revenue increase attributed to this app. Highly recommended.

Fantastic app! This is THE app to get for product recommendations, and at the time of writing the only one that provides all of these features without charging a % of revenue earned. The installation is 100% plug and play and the end result just WORKS. After installing, roughly 25% of our total store revenue is now generated through this app - however carefully analyzing the metrics implies that we're only really seeing about a 10% lift in revenue at most - so the main benefit is ease of use, and removing barriers to purchase. My biggest complaint is that customizing so it matches your theme isn't necessarily easy or logical. They offer a free customizing service, but it only gets you so far - I had to spend another 8-12h applying additional customizations, and it's still not a 100% match. We have various product ribbons that we apply to product images for sale, clearance, our rewards program and for our wholesale channel, and these will not apply within the rendered recommendation boxes without hours of in depth coding. Also, discounted prices based on customer tag for our rewards program and wholesale are not rendered within the boxes, a big irritation. Also, it doesn't have any other integrations - this SHOULD connect with google analytics and shopify/yotpo reviews to help inform their recommendation algorithm. For example, I track and attach products viewed / added to cart & not purchased to all orders, and have noticed trends that are not picked up by Limespot. Lastly, you should be able to apply upsell/cross-sell items based on collection - not just individual products. This feature is essentially useless unless you have only a few products, or have countless hours to input these overrides. All these complaints aside, we are totally sold on this product, particularly because the support is so fantastic. $50 may be a reasonable amount to spend on an app, but the revenue it generates is well worth it!

This app is awesome, it helps with up selling all of my products effectively and effortlessly. I needed to change the font and how it looked on my website, and they did it all for me straight away! After i installed Limespot to Shirtoopia the images were a bit blurry, so i reached out customer support and Stephanie fixed that issue in a second! Such a breeze! This app is a must have for every shop. It keeps customers browsing on your shop until they will make a purchase. App installs with just few clicks and it looks so beautiful in my shop! I installed the app yesterday and today i have one sale already trough Limespot! Also you can see which products are trending on your store and the analytics are just crazy good in depth. This a great and very useful app for any online store. It shows much needed information of products that most customers don't even know we offer. It is a great way to promote certain product types, brands, styles. Real easy to use and any questions you have, the support team is quick to answer and are very helpful. Would recommend this app to anyone looking to show more variety of the products they offer on your website.
