Limespot has been amazing. They aren't joking about offering lightening speed customer service. Amazing! Their support team literally respond within hours. Aside from that, their widget of recently viewed item is a fantastic addition to your product page!

This is a great app! The customer service from the LimeSpot reps has been awesome, special shout out to Dominic for all the help with our customization additions to our site. Definitely recommend this app. Only had it a few days but already it's generating sales. Was easy enough to install and LimeSpot offered a free customization and took care of the details to make it a seamless integration on our site. 5 stars!

Love this application. New store, easy to setup and customize with plenty of analytical data to use to assist in my decision making. Awesome customer service and customization during the initial setup. I really enjoy the new user experience and have already seen an increase in time spent on the site by customers. Update- Needed more customizations to our new website theme and Olivia absolutely crushed it. Our site looks great and the process was easy. Definitely get this app if you want to be a better version of yourself:).

I was literally going to give up if it weren't for Ryanna. Wonderful customer service! Maybe a little overwhelming at first since I didn't know how to add a code here or there but don't hesitate to ask for assistance. Limespot has increased our sales and given our website a better than Amazon feel, seriously. The fluidity of the carousel is really spot on and gives the site a professionalism it wouldn't otherwise have. It is VERY demonstrable that the Limespot team has taken the time and effort to make their app the pinnacle of addon apps for nearly any multi product retail online store when it comes to boosting conversions. I actually can't fault this app. There is nothing else like it in the shopify store - all of the others need you to manually select the related products. We have used this app for months now, then we built a new custom theme and I had to uninstall it it as it didn't work anymore. I received an email from the team at limespot offering to provide a free customisation - so I reinstalled and within 24 hours they customised it better than I expected as it fit completely within my store theme. I have just made one more request for the "show more" button to be at the top of the limespot recommendations instead of at the bottom of the page so hopefully they can fix that.

Really happy with the app itself and the support. It has reporting features and they also provide free customization.

This app is just awesome!!! I've tried several apps before and their performance is a speck compared to what Personalizer can do. The recommendations also make sense; unlike the others who I feel just randomly suggests stuff. It needs of a bit of navigating through the diff features to get used to what each means but once you crack it, there's just no stopping at discovering what more it can do.
