Great app for my store, the support team is really professional and quick with the answers.

I'm giving them 5 Stars because they simply exceeded all expectations. Immediately upon starting the 14 day trial they went to work and did way more than than was promised as part of the trial. Their changes and recommendations instantly improved my bottom line. This App is Rock Solid and the Staff are EXCEPTIONAL!!! I highly recommend installing LimeSpot ASAP and letting their team go to work for you! MM

We've used Personalizer on another store with great success so it only made sense to hook it up to our newest brand. Personalizer is simply the best at increasing your average order value. We don't know how it does its magic but we are very happy that it does what it does. The customer service is second-to-none. Steph helped us get our store looking good matching our theme and all the weird little quirks it has. We want to publicly than Personalizer for their help and support over the past year. You guys rock! Get off the fence about this app. The free trial is more than enough time to start seeing results.

For us, the best feature is that we can manually make cross-sell items. And being able to do that on multiple products at the same time... amazing! Support has also been amazing - thanks :) UPDATE: the new updated app is even better! Now it is also beautiful :)

A wonderful app we've used for more than a year. We had a technical issue after the recent dashboard upgrade and it was solved in less than a day. Great support and impressive results.

I've had Personalizer installed for a few months, and around 10% of my store's revenue is coming through it. That's a great return on the investment, even taking into account that some customers may have found the products and bought them through the regular interface anyway. It's kind of amazing that Shopify doesn't have this functionality built in - maybe they should buy Limespot. ;) I found the installation straightforward and it's working well with the Venture template. The customer service is great! Manage to react to my queries very promptly! The app is worth paying for itself :) I find it very useful and manage to drive more sales to my store!

*UPATED* Recurring issue with recommendations not showing currencies correctly so effectively pricing all recommendations incorrectly, i.e higher. 4 emails to support and we have no fix and no reply from development. We are on a premium Plus plan and being charged accordingly - out of frustration have uninstalled and moved on. Appalling service at a premium price. *Original Review* It's a good app and does convert for us. Would rate higher if the interface was less complex.

I was tired of reading through reviews of people who’ve just installed an app, promising to come back & let everyone know if they saw results. They never seem to come back and update, so I waited a bit on this one. Here’s my experience: (1) Personalizer was effortless to install. (2) Extremely efficient straight out of the box. Truly. The app does a fantastic job with recommendations even if you never touch the settings. (3) Recommendations work even better with some customization...although there is a slight learning curve to making custom adjustments. Worth taking the time to figure it out if you have specific product sets. (4) It works...and I’m not just trusting the in-app analytics. I’ve been selling (basically) the same product lines for 9+ years. I’ve learned what my typical orders look like. I can definitely see a difference in the variety of products purchased in each order. (5) Customer service is great, they respond in a reasonable time frame and are very eager to help in any way they can. Most of us have shopped on Amazon...how many times have you been reading a product description and been sucked in by the row of “similar “ products? I know I have. This app works in a similar way. Personalizer does a great job, this one’s a keeper!

This is a must have app. It adds another layer to your product pages to showcase as many products as possible. It looks very professional. Very easy to set up. It takes a while to figure out what apps will really be good for your website and this is definitely one of them.

As one who works with lots of apps, I have to say that LIMESPOT service is the best I've ever encountered! They help fast and do everything they can to provide the best service.I love them. the app is amazing and very helpful on the website. It is highly recommended.

I installed this app and the store looked good. However the problem started prior to me going live. The app was failing by duplicating listings, at different prices, some had descriptions from my suppliers and others had images that were missing. On top of this my default currency was GBP but the app advertised everything in USD!! After uninstalling and reinstalling several times and discussing these issues with their technical team. At first they were responsive but then I couldn't get hold of them once they realized they had a serious problem and didn't know how to resolve it.I still haven't heard off them after uninstalling for the final time. I would warn you all that this app is unstable and unpredictable and needs further development in my opinion. You Have Been Warned!!!
