Wonderful App! Easy to use and customize. We've been using it for a little while and noticed some growing pains. We see that they are really working hard at getting the app working faster, more stable and at simplifying and streamlining the user interface. Great job! Keep up the great work! Customer support is a real pleasure! We've had the support team work on refining our custom user interface. They were able to customize the layout, colors, font sizes and they even added a small "CA" in front of the "$" to show what currency we are using on our store, by adding custom code for us. The modifications were done promptly and courteously. What a charm! We really enjoy this app for what it does at recommending targeted products to our clients depending on what they look at and the way they surf around our store. The best feature we continuously use is the Analytics Section! It gives us great insight on which products are trending and popular. The best service I've used, sales definitely seem boosted and their customer service in making changes like css etc is amazing. You can see it in real action if you look at a product page on our site www.future-past.co.uk

A wonderful app that delivers exactly what it claims to. Support is easily available if needed and the great team at Limespot sorted out any issues that we had within a very short timeframe. Well worth the investment.

To complicated so removed, now find out it deleted my mobile theme and am now trying to restore it what a nightmare hadnt noticed it was removed for 3 weeks and google penalising for not being mobile friendly now!!!! UPDATE: `12/14/2017 Ryanna reached out to me today to make sure everything was going ok and it's funny because I changed themes and needed her help again. She was quick to respond and tweak everything for me and as usual I'm very happy with the prompt customer service. It's going good so far and I'm hoping the upsell features will help bring in more sales. :) --- Ryanna has been super helpful in any issues or installation help that I had. Very attentive and fast customer service. Highly recommend!!

Simply THE BEST! Great UI, very easy to navigate through and to implement your up-sell/cross-sell strategies. It also has a very useful visual map/guide of every section of your store to better understand what type of up-sell to use etc. Everything is build very precisely and to drive more sells. But the best part is their customer support (thanks Anahita!) Absolutely amazing... I had some CSS related issues and because i am a seller, not a coder had to ask for help... Well, i got everything fixed before they even got back to me... I'm really impressed! I received a completely understandable and full step-by-step explanation of how it was done and why, what i need to do if i need to change something else ahead in time. Highly recommended app and service! Thanks LimeSpot!!
