Great app, great support, have been using LimeSpot for some years. Would recommend, very happy to be working together.

If your store do not transact in USD, DO NOT USE them. Their recommendations literally wiped of every margin we earned.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE and AMAZING APP!!! I had an issue with the default theme, used the free in-chat app, and got amazingly fast and helpful service. Michael helped me fix a very small tweak (fixing the alignment of a header box) that makes my store look amazing! He and I were emailing back and forth for over a WEEK and he finally got the problem fixed!! Unbelievable customer service. Michael is the man! There are many apps that do the same as this one, but the LimeSpot help team is what will make this the best in the market. DOWNLOAD you won't regret it!

Amazing App - best recommendation features I saw so far for people browsing through the store and also the cross sell feature in cart is amazing.
