Good help with the installation from Michelle and it has been customized so it fits our website exactly.

Data within app are inaccurate. First problem I had was that I have been charged $400 for $10 subscription. Secondly, they have charged me subscription even though I haven't made a single sale yet, because store was still brand new and under construction. Store that literally didn't have a single sale yet. But they had a screenshot to show me that I had a purchase, which was not true. Might be an okay app, but I just don't like practices like this.

This is by far the best app that include recommenadations and upsell at the same time . Very fast and Friendly customer support helps you with anything almost instantly . Reccomended

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE and AMAZING APP!!! I had an issue with the default theme, used the free in-chat app, and got amazingly fast and helpful service. Michael helped me fix a very small tweak (fixing the alignment of a header box) that makes my store look amazing! He and I were emailing back and forth for over a WEEK and he finally got the problem fixed!! Unbelievable customer service. Michael is the man! There are many apps that do the same as this one, but the LimeSpot help team is what will make this the best in the market. DOWNLOAD you won't regret it!
