I have been using Lang shop for a number of years. I am know adding to another store. What I greatly appreciate that there always available for support on live chat and also updating and improving functionality as time passes

You can confidently use the complete Langshop app to improve your international SEO and explore new markets. Their responsive customer support has been very helpful.

24/7 personal service to help with all translation problems. They also custom made the translation switchers for my store exactly the way I wanted it to be. All in all the best customer service I have had with any company I have ever worked with.

I am using the Premium $68/month plan because we have a large number of products and need this unlimited translation plugin. To avoid filling in some of the same fields, we are accustomed to copying old products to ensure efficiency in product publishing. However, we make sure not to check the "Translate" option, but it still does not translate and automatically copies the old translated content, adding "copy" to the title. Therefore, I am sure that the logic for determining new content is incorrect. I hope this bug can be fixed to improve our experience.To encourage developers to improve, I still gave it a 5-star rating because the product is suitable for entrepreneurs with a large number of products.

This is the first app that fully works for my store. I have used 4 translation apps before and they either didn't work or made my site incredibly slow. Translations are automated and easy to change + very fast customer support
